Quiet and modern
We really enjoyed how close were to the everything, just a short car ride and you were in little Italy, gas lamp, hillcrest and all of downtown SD. Place was modern and beautiful, Perfect for a young group. Parking was a little difficult, but overall very good experience.

Would suggest that guests hit store on way to pick up the basics that you would anticipate being there, I.e., washcloths, TP, etc. Also, may just want to leave sheet on departure duties. Note to Yvette was not clear. All in all great time, location, and house.

Beautiful San Diego Home
The property was very clean, nice and private. Beautiful open spaces and outdoor spaces! Spacious bedrooms, beautiful view of downtown and the bay from the rooftop deck. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable accommodations
Beautifully remodeled home on a hill with amazing views close to the zoo, downtown, Coronado's, and more. I loved the upstairs primary suite, huge picture windows, and outdoor living areas. We will stay here again when we are back in San Diego.

Really enjoyed this property! The furniture was nice and functional, there was ample space for my friends and I to socialize, and the backyard and roof deck set up was awesome. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property and views!
Overall we loved our stay! The property was beautiful and the views were so special. Jamal was very responsive to most questions. Check in was different than I have experienced at other properties with several very detailed policies sent within 2 hours of check in. My only issue was that there was verbiage that said if you cannot comply, cancel your reservation. I feel as though this info should be shared upon booking so we could have decided then if we agreed to the policies. But again, Overall great experience. The house is very tucked away down a long side road into a neighborhood but we had no issues getting uber/lyfts.

Highly recommend
Nice quiet neighborhood allowed us to sleep during the night and nap during the day. Close to downtown. A lot of space for the 10 of us staying for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend!

Great location and view. Neighbors were friendly. You can hear much noise from the airplanes and downtown traffic, alarms, etc. Nice décor but some furniture needs maintenance as many chairs were unstable. There were also many policies messaged hours before check-in.

The home was beautify and as described
The beds were comfortable and the views were great. Parking was wonderful to have it as an included amenity since hotels in SD charge as much as $40 a night. . The road to the property is a little steep so be prepared for that. The property is adjacent to San Diego IA but the noise from the airplanes was minimal unless we were on the outside decks.

Beautiful House and Location
This rental had everything we needed to cook and have a good time. It is clean, spacious and beautiful in a perfect, central location but tucked away near the canyon so it feels like you’re not even in the city. The views are incredible and we loved stargazing and watching the sunsets!

Unacceptable
David pulled out of our booking with LESS THAN 24 HOURS notice knowing full well we were having a bachelorette party in which all details were disclosed prior to booking AND that he accepted. We had girls that spent money to fly in and he ruined our plans with such short notice. Absolutely unacceptable and there needs to be consequences instead of just a “sorry”.

Peaceful getaway
What an awesome property. Just the right amount of distance from everything you want to do and escape back to a quiet spot once the day has ended. Open space, great amount of daylight, window shades for privacy at night and no clutter for our small kids to run around and not damage anything. Well worth our stay.

Beautiful home in a special neighborhood
We would absolutely return to this home. It was well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a short family stay. The location is perfect and close to everything. We loved watching the planes come in from a distance. Owners should have the outdoor patio furniture cleaned on a more regular basis though. Everything was dusty and dirty and the decks are one of the main features of this home. Having everything clean out there would have made our stay just that much nicer. Overall, very good home and we would definitely rent again.

Perfect house for a family
We were in San Diego for a short stay. Everything was really clean. Very kid friendly. I noticed a few reviews about the noise from planes, so I was a little skeptical. I’m a light sleeper and the planes never woke me up. Everything was perfect.
