That View!!
We didn't want to leave! Jim was a pleasure and available if we needed him. The unit was clean and spacious, and you absolutely could not beat the view! Access to the beach and pool were close and easily accessible. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and we hope to be back soon!

A really cool condo
This high rise condo is amazing with a beautiful ocean views and nice finishes. There is a great pool and hot tub adjacent to the building (included). The (very nice condition) beach equipment was also a plesent surprise. Jim (the host) is awesome and very detail origiented, he walked us through the whole place over the phone. We had one tiny issue and it was literally remedied within an hour, wow. Easy walk to everything, Highly recommended. Thank you.

Great ocean front condo
Jim was a great host, and met us in person to show us the unit. We have stayed in Capri by the Sea before, but this unit was one of the better ones. Floor to ceiling windows, great views, and in good condition. We would stay here again when we come back to San Diego

Great location amazing views
This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and we will continue to return. The views in the place are more stunning in person. Nothing beats watching the perfect sunset from bed. It’s also in the best location. Park your car and not drive for days because everything is in walking distance. Check in and out is very simple and the owner is readily available for anything you need.

Wonderful stay
This was a perfect home base for our vacation, as it has amazing views, a great location, is comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Jim was very hospitable when he greeted us on arrival, and gave us a tour so we knew how to get to the beach, boardwalk, and pool/hottub, and also where things were located in the building and in the unit itself. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants (Kono’s cafe is awesome for breakfast and very reasonably priced) and things to do. We very much appreciated the information - I would have been lost in the building without it. Another thing to note is having nice comfy beds to crawl into at the end of a day is very important to me, and the beds here fit the bill. I also appreciated that checkout instructions were minimal - some VRBO’s have a long list of to do’s. For all these reasons, I will definitely stay again when I am in the area!

Perfect location
Had the most beautiful stay. Perfect location and a wonderful lovely place to come home to at the end of the day. You can’t beat the view. Jim was the absolute best. Fabulous location
Totally enjoyed the view. Super quiet and a very secure location. Room had all of the essentials. Easy access parking. Although it was too cold to spend much time at the beach the room had boogie boards and other outdoor activity items. Very reasonable rate. Jim the host was great. Hope to return on our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location can’t be beat and the views of the ocean, surfers and sunsets are the stuff that memories are made of. Pacific Beach is a great vacation destination! The unit was exactly as described and had everything we needed, including some nice extra touches like plenty of paper towels, Kleenex, tp, etc (not always the case with rentals!). We probably cook more than the average renter and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Jim met us on arrival and showed us around, and then returned promptly to fix a shower problem. Great guy, and he truly cares about making sure everything is good. We enjoyed meeting him and totally recommend his listing.

Perfect
This property is absolutely perfect. Location, view, cleanliness, check in process…it checks all the boxes. Cannot think of one thing to complain about or even suggest for improvement. My wife and I have stayed in no less than 25-30 VRBO properties and this one ranks up the with all the top spots. Nothing fancy… just perfect for a great stay. On the beach, walking distance to everything etc. etc. etc…..thanks Jim!

Great place to stay in Pacific Beach
Fantastic property to stay on the beachfront. Has great views of the beach, being on the 11th floor it is quiet as you're also away from boardwalk / beach chatter. Property has all common amenities one might need & the owner Jim is extremely helpful and close by if ever needed. Secure and dedicated parking is a nice feature within the building.

Love the 11th floor
Everything was better than expected. The unit was clean and It had everything we needed. The 11th floor is amazing. We watched surfers, dolphins, and even a seal from the unit . The owner was super nice and easy to work with. We will definitely be back here again.

Perfect location
Easy communication with Jim since he’s in the condo across the hall. It was amazing to wake up and go to sleep with the ocean! There is a small balcony that’s big enough to step onto so that was really nice. Excellent location that’s right on the boardwalk. Lots of yummy restaurants to choose from. My friend and I had a great time and walked around everywhere. There’s a parking spot but we didn’t need it since we didn’t need to rent a car either.

Great stay
Fabulous location, beautiful stay. We will definitely be back! We appreciated the on-site owner who greeted us with the keys and also gave us a quick tour of the property. I really liked the on-site parking. It was nice to not have to parallel park on those tight roads. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with and we enjoyed relaxing to the constant sound of waves. Thank you for the great stage Jim!

Awesome location and condo!
Jim was there to greet us and show us around. He lives in a neighboring condo and was always accommodating and available to answer questions. Building is right on the beach with glorious sunset views right from the condo. Great neighborhood, right on the boardwalk, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Most definitely would recommend and stay there again. Thank you. Jim!
