Great Home in a Great Location!
My family and I stayed here for 10 days over the holidays. The location is great. The home was super cute, clean, spacious and perfect for the 5 of us. There was everything you could possibly need at the house, including robes and slippers. A special touch we weren’t expecting! We had a couple things pop-up throughout our stay but Anna was amazing and was quick to respond and come up with a game plan. We would highly recommend staying here! Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this home! Very clean, great communication from the owner, very accommodating and awesome location. If you are looking for a great central spot only 3 miles from the beach this is it! Thanks for a great time we would definitely rent again if we come back to town!

Great getaway in Mission Bay
We had a fabulous time staying 2 weeks at this wonderful rental. The property owner was responsive, helpful and proactive. The property was clean, modern and perfect for our family of five. We would absolutely stay here again! The only thing I would change/add is a microwave, otherwise this place was absolutely perfect!

The Perfect place!
I stayed here while visiting San Diego with my family. We had an absolutely wonderful time at the location, it was perfect and Central to everything we needed to get to and be near. The home itself is very lovely and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the showers and bathrooms were very nice, it was a very wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this location enough, the host is very easy to talk to and figure things out with. Will definitely be trying to book this location again!

Incredible location and home
My family and I stayed at this house, 4 adults and 2 children, we had an amazing time. Easily fit both vehicles in the driveway. Great location and neighborhood, easy access to the trolley station. We utilized the trolley to go to old town and downtown several times during our weeklong stay. This house offered everything we could have needed to be comfortable and relax after long days at the beach or walking around exploring. Location is an easy drive to multiple beaches and great food spots. Communication was excellent and we felt very welcome in the home. I’d love to stay here again next time we are planning a vacation down in San Diego!

West Coast Wonderland
From the moment we walked into the house it just said be comfortable. Plenty of room towels, kitchen goods everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The big pluses were a gorgeous patio area surrounded by fresh spices, and all the play toys. The kids needed for the beach. We would definitely love to stay at this property in the future!

What a gem! Don’t miss this one!
This house is clean, well stocked, and in a great location. This house was great for our family visit to San Diego. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. I love the location. A quick drive will get you restaurants, the beach or Costco (with gas station). We didn’t have little kids with us but I noticed a porta-crib and even an emergency package of diapers on hand. One of the best things is that the listing is accurate! There isn’t a microwave. That might bother some people but we enjoyed the huge air fryer to cook up our Costco frozen breakfast sandwiches. Better than the microwave. I’ll be air frying them at home now! I’ll end this review by complimenting the host on great communication. Friendly and ready to help!

Hosted family and friends intimate BBQ in backyard to celebrate out son's graduation. Stayed 4 nights and this was the perfect setting and location. House has lovely backyard and BBQ with tools. Lovely inside and very comfortable and clean.

A perfect stay!
This place had absolutely everything! It's also one of the cleanest rentals I have ever rented. Everything is remodeled and new which made it so much more pleasant! A perfect getaway house and close to everything. The room with the queen bed and pull out trunk bed is a little small but overall we had an amazing time staying at this house. I had two little kiddos and they even had a blast!

WOW!
The pictures didn't fully capture this amazing property. Anna thought of just about everything (even comfy robes and slippers were available for guests). The location provided easy access to the highway and downtown. My husband, adult son, and I traveled to visit our daughter and her partner out in San Diego, along with our niece and her husband. It was a relaxing home base. The kitchen was fully stocked (although we missed having a microwave, we managed without out). The outdoor deck had amazing views of the incredible sunsets! One day we took an Uber to the Zoo (about $20-25 fare each way) when we didn't have access to a car. Anna checked in with us a couple of times, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such an incredible stay, Anna!

Everything We Wanted and More!
This house is so convenient to everything in San Diego and it had so many amenities we didn’t even expect. Our hostess was easy to communicate with, and very responsive to questions I appreciated that it was a fully stocked kitchen, including spices, condiments, foil, and plastic wrap and the biggest bonus were the fresh herbs on the back deck that we used multiple times in making delicious meals, everything was clean and bright. Plenty of bath towels in each bathroom and lots of beach towels for trips to the beach. It was an easy walk to the metro station to catch a tram to downtown and only 15 minutes to Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier. The only thing we missed was not having a microwave which was a minor inconvenience considering all the other amenities we didn’t expect. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to come back.

Choosing a VRBO home 3000 miles away is a risk, and the risk was well worth the reward 😊 The property is as advertised and then some. It truly felt like home away from home. The location was great !! Close enough to anything in San Diego but away from all the congestion. Anna was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property . If we ever return to San Diego, I would not look for anywhere else. I would definitely stay here again 😎🏝️

Perfect location
The house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do in San Diego! The host was very responsive to our questions throughout and before our stay. Gave great recommendations for places to eat. Our favorite place to eat for breakfast was her suggestion. It was so good we had to go twice. The view from the deck is beautiful. The home was really nice. Loved the backyard after the marine layer burned off. Plenty of amenities (towels, kitchen, etc.) Water pressure in shower was a little low and didn’t get super hot but OK. Location was convenient to get to the places we wanted to go. We donated a cookie sheet and spatula to the kitchen since we couldn’t find any. Really enjoyed our week in San Diego and the house made our stay very comfortable.

Convenient, clean and comfy!
We were a family of four (2 adults, 1 senior, 1 kid) looking for a bit more space, privacy and amenities (i.e., kitchen, laundry) than a hotel could provide. This house was perfect for our needs - it's a nicely remodeled older house and everything was modern and clean. It immediately felt like "home" and it was great to have a place where we could relax in the mornings and after a day of sight seeing. The house comes with an abundance of towels and linens and the gourmet kitchen is stocked with plenty of cutlery and dishware, as well as an impressive collection of cookware and cooking utensils. We didn't cook much as we were out most of the day, but as an avid cook I appreciated the gas burner stove and sharp knives! As other reviewers have already mentioned, this house is not in a walkable neighbourhood, but is perfect for those with a car as all notable sights are within a 15 minute drive (except Legoland which is 30 minutes away). It is also a 1 minute drive away from Balboa Avenue Transit Center where the trolley can take you into the city in about 20 minutes. Transit fares are very affordable and parking is free at the station. Communication with the host was stellar. When we accidentally left our passports in the house after checking out, the host was quick to respond and let us back in remotely to retrieve our passports. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Modern living in a great location!
This home was beautifully renovated and has all modern finishes, appliances, and furniture. The house was well stocked with towels, bedding, and kitchen/cooking needs. The backyard has a great turf area for kids to enjoy and a 2 tier deck with a BBQ that is great to enjoy a meal and beverage! Don’t have much negative to say about this property. It is located within 10-15 minutes drive from all major attractions and shopping, the neighbours are very welcoming and kind, they even left us a note on the door welcoming us to the home, with some recommendations on things to do with our kids. Communication with the owner was very quick and convenient, she was quick to answer any questions we had and continued to check in to make sure everything was good. Only issue we had was the kitchen window didn’t close properly and seal, and we had once instance where some house ants made their way in through the little crack which caused some food to have to be thrown out. The owner had a handyman fix the window, so this shouldn’t be an issue for others in the future. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, modern, great neighbourhood stay while in San Diego. We stayed here with 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and had plenty of space for all of us. We brought a double sized air mattress with us, but the home came with plenty of extra bedding to use.
