First, I want to thank VRBO for caring enough about our problems to return our service fee. If only VACASA were that concerned. We were without a washer our the entire stay. This was unacceptable and the owner/manager showed very little concern for the problem. To compound the issue, there were never adequate towels and wash clothes for 8 guests. I repeatedly reached out to the manager for help. She was nice and dropped off a few towels, but not enough to help with the broken washer. Quite frankly, we should have had fresh towels delivered daily, at the least. Instead, I spent hours and extra funds at the laundry mat. When we rent a home with advertised appliances ( I would never rent a home without a washer and dryer), we assume the appliances will function as advertised. I have requested a refund of some significance for our inconvenience and the lack of concern. I have heard nothing from VACASA or the manager of the property. For the first two nights we were without a furnace. I am thankful that the technicians were able to fix it. However, two nights out of six without a furnace is a concern!!
