Not worth it- DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE POOL IS OPEN!!
THE POOL WAS CLOSED OUR WHOLE STAY. I ASKED ABOUT IT AND HOST SAID THEY WOULD CHECK ON IT. WHEN I REACHED OUT AGAIN BECAUSE THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME, THEY DID NOT RESPOND AT ALL. Hot tub was luke warm and when it did start to work there were too many people in it.
Good location, 2.5 bathrooms, and the AC worked good. Was close to many stores and everything we wanted to do.
Trying to communicate with the host after I booked the place was an unpleasant experience. They did not answer several msgs and when they did it was short seemingly rude responses.
Checking in was a HASSLE! You have to use a call box to get into a room w/ an elevator to go up to the apt. to get a fob you need to open the gate to park (also need that fob for getting on main elevators).Call box didn't work for us and the elevator was out of order anyway. We had to wait for someone so the gate would open.Upon entering, the furniture was completely different. The rooms were not set up the way they were in the pics. Couch was different. I double-checked the ad and the pics of 1 bdrm showing 2nd bed set up had been taken down.The wording was changed to reflect the actual amount of beds. One pic showed a dresser in the closet but there wasn't one. Kids lived out of their bags for 10 days. There were stains and holes in the walls. No coffee maker. 2 salt, no pepper. No hygiene items, no paper towels. Wifi kept going in and out. Water pressure in the shower was not good. Had more issues but review has a limit!
