Nuestra casa de alquiler vacacional en la playa es una casa de tres niveles con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños, con cada habitación y baño en niveles separados. Cada habitación tiene acceso a su propio baño.

Lo compramos hace aproximadamente 10 años y lo hemos remodelado totalmente por dentro y por fuera. La cocina cuenta con gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de gas inoxidable. La casa es naturalmente muy luminosa con todas las nuevas ventanas, puertas y tragaluces de vinilo de doble panel. Los baños tienen gabinetes nuevos con encimeras de granito, tocadores nuevos, luces y espejos.

¡Ofrecemos muchos juguetes para el interior y el exterior! Bicicletas, tablas de surf, sillas de playa, juguetes de arena. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, TV por cable. ¡Tenemos muchos juegos, tarjetas para el tiempo en familia! Hay 3 cubiertas para que mamá y papá disfruten de una copa de vino o café por la mañana. También tenemos un patio que da al callejón con una mesa y sillas completas. No te olvides de la barbacoa de gas Weber.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y su propia terraza privada con vistas a Mission Bay. El dormitorio medio tiene una litera doble con dos camas individuales en la parte superior y una cama nido doble extraíble en la parte inferior. El dormitorio inferior tiene dos camas queen.

Todos los colchones y ropa de cama son de alta calidad y los colchones son almohadas Sealy. Tenemos baldosas de travertino en las entradas, cocina y baños. Hay 3 terrazas y un patio exterior en frente para disfrutar de un café o una copa de vino.

El garaje para 2 autos tiene acceso directo a la casa. El garaje está equipado con 4 bicicletas para adultos, 5 tablas de surf, sillas de playa y toallas. La barbacoa de gas natural Weber Gas se encuentra junto a la cocina en la cubierta de la cocina del segundo piso. Proporcionamos un dual 2. 4 Ghz./5 Ghz. Router inalámbrico de alta velocidad, impresora inalámbrica, televisores con reproductores de DVD en cada habitación y películas (al menos 25). La lavadora / secadora se encuentra en el garaje doble. A petición, podemos proporcionar bicicletas para niños adicionales, cochecito, puerto-a-cuna y trona.

A poca distancia a pie hay varios restaurantes locales, delicatessen, cafeterías y mucho más. ¡Estos restaurantes no son cadenas, sino locales! ¡Los restaurantes incluyen The Mission, Saskas, Rubicon Deli, Pizza y más! Las principales tiendas de comestibles están aproximadamente a 1/2 milla al norte en Mission Blvd.

Family Vacation
This was a perfect location and home for our family vacation! Close to Mission Beach, other beaches, and to other activities. Beds were comfy. House was clean. Check in was easy and smooth. Overall awesome choice

The location was wonderful. We did experience a few problems with electrical outlets not working. The fans that were provided,were much appreciated, however they were extremely dirty so most went unused. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen equipment, toys and and equipment for outdoor activities.

Perfect location
We had a wonderful time during our stay! It was my husband and I with our 17 year old daughter and her friend. The location was perfect for all of us! Walking distance to almost everywhere we went, the bay, PB/MB beaches, along with many restaurants/bars. It was a perfect long weekend. Thank you!

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach .
We enjoyed your home with the 3 stories to accommodate. The outside decks were a lovely touch. We walked the beach area and the ocean. There were games available to play and lots of amenities. Lots of restaurants to try out. It’s a beach place so the use takes its toll. A few things needed attention and we mentioned that. All in all 5 of us had a delightful time

Perfect getaway spot!
Overall we had a great experience staying at this property. All you need is within the house, garage and laundry is a big bonus! Perfect location with immediate access to both bay and mission beach, along with some good places to grab a bite. The only hiccup we experienced is finding some sand and minor stains on the bed sheets in both downstairs room and the bunk bed. But it was overall a clean home with all the necessities on site! Would recommend!

beach house in a great location
Nice house for larger families. Location is great and we particularly enjoyed the bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards. Having three bath rooms is a great feature! Some parts of the house do need to be updated but all in all that doesn’t get in the way of an enjoyable stay. Communication with the owners is fast, freidnly and functional.

Great stay for a beach vacation!
This was the perfect house for a multi-family vacation. Walking distance to the beach, bay, and all food places you could want. As well as just a short drive to nearly anywhere in San Diego. The property comes with all the beach things you may need so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own which is nice. The only issue is how difficult parking is. The garage fit two small cars but our third member had to park nearly a mile and a half away due to not being able to find street parking. Overall I would rent this house again!

Great vacation rental
It was a wonderful place to stay. There were plenty of towels, paper products, beach equipment and extras! The host was responsive and we did inform him of some small issues for to address for future tenants. Definitely would enjoy staying there again.

Amazing Location
Great house in the perfect spot in Mission Beach. Close to restaurants and bars, and of course the ocean and bay! The beach toys and bikes were great. Outdoor terrace was fun for evenings, and the bikes were great.

Opening Lockbox: difficult, Texted host. Got it open after a few tries. Updated lockbox would make things easier. Shower fixtures need upgrades. Basement shower unit was very tight and needed a 'tug'. We used the shower in the kitchen area. Kitchen: Nice upgraded well-lit kitchen. Could have stocked trash bin, bags, and disinfectant wipes in pantry. A recycling container in the garage would have cleared clutter in the kitchen. Exit from rental: Any nuggets of information on street access, parking, and other to renters would ease the process. Troubling experience: Got the car out and another family member closed garage, locked front door and waited outside to secure key in the lockbox (difficuly on entry) I noticed in the rearview mirror that another car is parked behind us. Motioned this car to go around us - the driver did not move. Said to driver that we will move in a minute. This person did not respond. We did not know who is this person parked behind us. Immediately, another family member drove the car several streets over and double parked outside another home. I waited in the car while he rushed to the house front door and got the key securely in the lockbox and rushed back. My sister said that the person entered the garage and went inside the house! Only then we realized that this is the cleaning person. This person could have mentioned she needs to enter. I texted the host that we have exited. The whole experience was extremely troubling.

Enjoyed our stay at the mission beach house
Me and my family really enjoyed out stay at this house. Location was amazing. One block one way was the Santa Barbara Cove and the other side of the road was beach & Pacific Ocean. Awesome because the other three with me had never been to a beach or seen ocean. They loved it. We found a small convenience store that was like 5 minute walk from house (Little Sam's Market). Was able to get snacks, sodas, beer & liquor from this store. Then we ate at Single Fin Surf Grill, which was right across the street from the house & so good. Then we did couple UberEats delivers from local places SandBox Pizza and EarlyBird Breakfast Burritos. Both places were so good. The main reason we came to town was to attend San Diego Padres games. The stadium was around 20 minutes away from house in Uber ride. The food selections around the stadium are good and the food inside the stadium were also great! Airport was also around 20 minutes away from the house in Uber ride. The only downfall and something I thing the owners should upgrade is the TV in the living room. It only offered Spectrum cable and was pretty limited on the channels available. It was missing most of the sports channels. And didn't have apps like Netflix or Hulu or YouTubeTv available. Might be time to upgrade that TV. But other than that the house was great.

This is a good location with both the ocean and bay within walking distance. Place was clean and just the right size for our group of four single adults. Sadly, there are several items that need renewing or repair in order for it to be top notch. Owners are very helpful and responsive! We would stay here again.

This place has it all!

Awesome Rental!
The location is perfect. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Rosemarie’s (across the street) was delicious. The Olive Cafe is great for breakfast. Arslan’s was a hit, too. The rental was clean and very nicely appointed. The hosts responded quickly to questions. Everyone in our party was thrilled with the rental. Truly a five star experience.

Perfect location
I was visiting San Diego for the first time to tour collleges with my kids. This was a perfect home base. Plenty of space for all. The neighborhood had easy restaurant access and was a block from a great walk along the beach. We were a quick drive to everything we wanted to see.
