1960 Bungalow en Ocean Beach

LA PRIMAVERA ES UN GRAN CLIMA EN SAN DIEGO, sin niebla y con grandes temperaturas. Usted alquila una casa completa, 600 pies cuadrados, cocina, baño completo y sala de estar de buen tamaño. Tienes todas las comodidades del hogar en este vecindario cercano que es típico de la zona de Ocean Beach.
Cerca (a pie) se encuentra Café y té, comida mexicana, restaurante de comida vegana cruda (Peach Pies), productos de limpieza, bar, 7/11, películas Red Box. (Tenemos Netflix y una pantalla grande Roku con un reproductor de DVD).

Lo describimos como una habitación, pero hay una habitación lateral con una puerta que tiene una cómoda cama plegable (en la foto con una cubierta azul y almohadas) y hay un bonito sofá de 6 '. Los cojines se pueden mover al piso para personas más altas. Caminas por el dormitorio principal hasta el baño.
Un invitado debe tener 25 años y su tarjeta de crédito debe estar registrada en VRBO. No hay fiestas o eventos. No hay grupos de películas por favor.
Tiene estacionamiento para un vehículo en un camino compartido. Vivimos en otra casa cercana. Ocean Beach está en la ruta de vuelo de muchas de las principales aerolíneas, por lo que hay un ruido intermitente en el techo de 6:30 a.m. a 10:30 aproximadamente. Esto molesta a algunas personas, pero la mayoría de las personas simplemente lo ignoran.
Sea World está a una milla al norte y el zoológico de San Diego está a una milla al sureste. La conducción a estos lugares es autopista. Puedes caminar aproximadamente media milla hasta la playa o usar Uber o Lyft. El área de Old Town San Diego está muy cerca, pero las autopistas hacen que sea difícil caminar hasta ella.

Cute bungalo
The house itself is cute and clean, but the neighborhood is quite sketchy. There were homeless people sleeping in their car and exchanging unknown, but presumably illicit things right across the street. The airplanes are indeed loud from 6am to 11pm. The one queen bed is really squeaky and not the most comfortable mattress. The couch that is advertised as a bed is also not comfortable. This met our needs for the weekend, however, we won’t be back due to the location and the house set up wasn’t ideal for us. It was clean tho! Host was very communicative and friendly!

The bungalow was definitely the best place to stay in San Diego! Pretty much everything is 15-20 mins away (like the best beaches and attractions) Good parking as well for two vehicles! The owner was very quick to respond to questions. I’m definitely going to be utilizing this property again

Cute Little Bungalow
This is a cute little bungalow. Description in listing is pretty accurate, but didn’t include that only one window in the entire home opens. All others are painted shut. This property is close to the beach and cools down nicely in the evenings, so it would have been nice to open up the windows for some air at night and to remove the musty smell from the property upon arrival. There is a security screen that would have also allowed for outside air flow, but the locks don’t work on it. The two window air conditioners were sufficient to cool the bungalow, but were very loud. The owner was very responsive when contacted. This is a budget-friendly place for someone who wants to visit San Diego.

Perfect Space
We stayed for just two nights but it was absolutely perfect for us! It was close to everything we wanted to do, including the airport for our departure. You can hear the airplanes but they didn’t keep us from sleeping. It was a little difficult confirming the address, maybe a little more visible house number would be helpful. All in all a great stay! Thank you!!

Great spot!
Our family of 4 enjoyed this cute bungalow for our visit to OB. So fun to feel part of the neighborhood and be so close to local spots. Very well appointed kitchen, cute decor, and cozy living room. Only downside - loud planes- but kind of got used to them after awhile.

Cute little place, close to Sea World, Old Town, 16min uber to Gaslight, Not far from Balboa Park (zoo). Resturants,Pubs and 7-11 all within waking distance. Place has everything you need.

Cute Little House
This was our 2nd stay here. The house is very small but adequate for 2 or 3 people. Only negative was lots of ants in the bathroom. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but basically OK.

Not the most private or quietest place to stay
My husband and I chose this place for our anniversary. We knew that Ocean Beach was right in the flight path for the San Diego airport. What the owner did not say was how extremely close the house was. We truly tried to stay, but it was too loud, jets were flying over every few minutes and the surrounding neighbors were not hospitable as well. someone kept knocking on our window. We ended up having to find lodging elsewhere. That was more quiet and private. When we addressed these issues with the owner she actually talked to me in a very condescending tone, did not believe what I was telling her and treated me as if I were a very ignorant person. Her solution to all the air traffic was to close all the windows, turn the AC unit on and the TV very loud to drown out all the noise. But truthfully, no amount of white noise would’ve drowned out the sound of the Jets, or the shaking of the home as they flew by.

We loved our stay. The property was clean, well-maintained and had plenty of space for our family of 4. There were a few very good restaurants just a short walk away, and Ocean Beach was a short drive. Very convenient and comfortable.

It was nice for what we needed it for. The airplanes were a lot louder than expected. It was nice for 2 nights for the 3 of us. Just no where to unpack your stuff. So we had our suitcases open in the living room. Location was perfect for where we needed to be.

We enjoyed our stay in this little cottage. Close to all the things we had on our list. I had a couple of questions for the property owner and she exceptionally fast in her response, one of which required a repair person to be sent out. She arranged it very timely and we had the issue resolved quickly. 5 stars for her service

A nice Cottage
The place is cozy which was OK for us because we are out and about all day. Overall it was a nice place, my only critique is there are black spots (most likely mold) build up on the window blinds in the bathroom which can be easily taken care of by changing the blinds.

Pleasant stay
It was perfect for our needs. Has pote pans, pretty much anything you need to cook with during your stay. Also has a pack n play and beach sand toys for kids! Having off street parking was essential as most of the parking in this area is lining the street and packed. It is about a 20-30 min walk from ocean Beach but we drove and easily accessed parking there and other beaches nearby. You can hear the airplanes that fly over but after the first day or so we just tuned them out, it wasn't a big deal for us or our two children (1&3). Thanks so much for the stay!

Great beach spot!
It was great to be walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shops and yoga studios and all of the neighbors were super friendly. Host responds very quickly and the house has all the amenities you need for a vacation at the beach. Would stay again!

Perfect location
The property was perfect for my two kids and myself. The location is awesome, so close to multiple beaches, the San Diego zoo, SeaWorld, the Marina and about 10 minutes from the airport.
