Beach journey
Very enjoyable trip. Great view from the property. The good weather enabled us to enjoy sitting out in the back patio. We spent a lot of time downtown. We loved walking the beach trail and going to the pier. We also had a chance to visit Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano.

Clean And cozy great location
My husband, our two kids, and I stayed here very comfortably. Having a washer and dryer was amazing with two little ones. It was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in—spotless! The location was super close to coffee shops, restaurants, and parks for the kids. The communication and accommodations were prompt, which we really appreciated, especially since we were escaping the wildfires near our home. Thank you!

Great Ocean View!
My daughter and I enjoyed our 3 night stay, and she was able to bring her dog along as well which was a plus! We liked that the steps to the beach were only a couple of blocks away, and cute shops and restaurants were also nearby!

Loved our San Clemente Condo Stay
This property was perfect. We had plenty of room. It was quiet, with an awesome view of the Pacific and Dana Point. We saw a beautiful sunset from the patio. The management team (Thanks Elisabeth!) was SUPER easy to work with and VERY responsive to our every need. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

Comfortable Stay with Beautiful View
Comfortable condo, very clean, also great location for a quick Uber to restaurants/bars. The condo is older and doesn’t have AC and no screens on doors/windows, so keep that in mind for summer months, as it gets very hot, but otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

Coastline Views
I completely enjoyed my stay here! This VRBO is fresh, bright and has amazing views! It was only me staying here but I did really enjoy having a second bedroom, which made it feel like I had more space. Having a small washer/dryer in the unit and a dedicated parking space is a huge plus. It’s a very convenient location as well. You can walk down to Moulin for breakfast and then hit the beach trail all within 2 mins! The neighbors are amazing as well… even though I was only there for 5 days I now have a group of friends from the neighborhood…. The only suggestions I have for the owners is to put up some fencing to block the gaps on the vertical fence along the side of the unit so little dogs like mine can’t escape and perhaps it’s time for a new fridge. Other than that this place is great!

Tranquil Getaway
The apartment was the perfect tranquil vacation spot. It was situated in a cul se sac so it was always nice and quiet with the faint sounds of ocean breeze. The neighbors were all very friendly and we were invited to a neighborhood gathering the first day we got there. The outdoor space is perfect for watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoying a romantic dinner against the sunset. We loved the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which gave us amazing view of the town and the ocean. The place was spotless when we arrived and check-in was easy and clear. I would highly recommend this place for your next getaway to the charming little seaside town San Clemente!

A San Clemente Treasure! Wonderful 2-bedroom on a Safe Cul-de-sac
This lovely apartment/condo was just amazing. We loved the view, and the wonderful patio sitting area. We were lucky to arrive in "sweet pea" season, with the smell of flowers wafting through the apartment if we chose to open one of the doors. Three sliding doors..one for each bedroom and the living area were just perfection. Kitchen facilities were perfect, as well--full stove/oven with frying pan, dishes, wine glasses, covered wine glasses, a microwave, coffee maker (with pods provided), along with dishwasher made breakfast and lunch on the patio just a dream. Washer/dryer was so nice to have, as well. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. All of the rooms were spotless. The shower was lovely, too. As for the location, just minutes from either the pier or downtown for dinner. Located on a hilltop cul-de-sac, we could easily walk around and there was a short walk to a stairway down to the beach. We loved the very close "Moulin" coffee/french pastry location for a treat as well. A treasure in San Clemente! We will be back soon!

Coastal getaway
Property was described perfectly. Clean and nicely set up. Location was great for us with a cool view of the ocean. Parking was great, I have a truck and am always worried about parking it along the coastal communities. Quiet neighborhood and easily access for cycling route.

The perfect cozy place.
The place was in excellent condition. Clean, modern, it had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the places we wanted to see. Moreover, the view was the best thing to see in the mornings! We already recommended it to our frends and we will be there again. Thank you.

Beach town getaway
This place is great for the price. The walk to the beach is easy but does take about 10 minutes, just up the street and then down the stairs to the beach trail. We walked the trail to the pier for dining, about 1 mile. Beautiful views at sunset. Apartment was clean, enough coffee pods for our entire stay, nice bathroom/ shower. Convenient parking spot. The apartment complex is older and you can hear the people above walking around , but always at a reasonable hour so not too much of a problem.

Nice property with view of ocean
We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was extremely clean and well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, the living room was a good place to visit with friends, and the kitchen was roomy. There is a cute patio overlooking the ocean with a table to sit and enjoy the view. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Although the beach is technically nearby, there is a very steep hill to get up and down so I'd advise against trying to walk if you aren't strong enough, or if you are using a stroller. If you drive it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach and there is parking available down there.

Perfect so Cal Vacation Spot
The property is clean and comfortable. Parking is a little rough if you have more than 1 driver in your party. Easy walking distance access to stairs that take you to either North beach or San Clemente Pier. Had a great sunset dinner on San Clemente Pier and walked back to this place. Beautiful.

Not What We Were Expecting
Listing pictures weren't totally accurate. Description of property is not clear and photos do not show the steepness of the driveway. Dog area in back yard picture appeared well taken care of but when we arrived it was two feet tall and some of it had been dug up - possibly due to rain - it was all mud. After multiple phone calls the property manager had the grass mowed. Listing also states beach is within walking distance but this property is located on a hill and you must walk up and down steep streets to get to the main street to walk to the beach. Inside was clean. Unfortunately, for us we picked the wrong location.

Fabulous!
What a great property -- easy walk to the beach, coffee houses, the pier, and local restaurants. The view is spectacular. Having a reserved parking spot near the property was really handy. The simplistic decor, updated appliances, and renovated bathroom made the place cozy and welcoming. The host answered all our questions very quickly and efficiently. This place is a hidden gem!
