Great - as advertised!
Very nice stay. Super clean and the location is awesome - a few minutes from the Pier. Excellent communication. 100% as advertised. I’d stay there again without question.

All about the location!
Great location with a two car garage. Full washer and dryer. Rooms spacious with balcony view. You can hear the ocean at night. It’s beach living. I would have stayed longer!

Few things to fix/take care of
The shower head in the master bedroom leaks and needs to be replaced, a dead mouse was in the garage-we swept it to the street gutter and there were no Kleenex tissues in the house, a box would have been nice. Otherwise, we were very happy with the cleanliness and location. One block from the ocean can't be beat!

Nice location and has the basics
This property is located right near the beach, has parking and the basics. The furniture could use a bit of updating. Vacasa customer service is responsive but not super accommodating (ex. no early check in, no coffee etc.)

Location, location, location
Nothing much to complain about. Very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped, spacious. Fantastic location literally around the corner from the pier, beach trail and restaurants. Double garage (only opens from the inside). Has everything you need and more. Small balcony could use some more comfortable furniture. Note that there is a staircase (some 15 steps) to get to the apartment which you may need to consider if you have any problems with walking. Smooth check in procedure, key code sent via email. Would definitely rent again.

4th time at home
We enjoy this location sooo much!!very close to pier and beach. Very clean when we arrived. The furniture needs upgrading badly. Couch, love seat, chairs, old and tattered. Not much to use in kitchen. 3 small pans to cook with. No mixing or large bowls. Can opener didn’t win em. Had to go to the dollar store for kitchen items so we could make a breakfast and open a tuna can. Bummer.

Great location
This property was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. It is close to the pier and beach so we could easily walk to and from at our leisure. Parking is very limited near the pier so having a garage to park in was a plus. Being near the pier also meant we had plenty of convenient options when it came to dinning. The water is always a little chilly for our taste so it was also nice to have use of the wetsuits that are provided.

Great Location/Needs Better furniture
The location is perfect. House is nice and spacious. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Could use an update. Master bedroom desk seems unnecessary. And assign TV in the master could definitely add value. The kitchen is not well stocked. I’ve never been to a vacation rental that didn’t have a great selection of pots and pans and other items.

Pretty great stay. We seemed to get a lil noisy but owner just texted us to keep it down instead of making a big deal out of it. It’s nice because it’s right next to pier and cute little restaurants.

Great Location!
This condo is perfect for a small family! It’s a short walk down the street and around the corner to the Pier and beach! The unit is clean and comfortable with a double garage and washer/dryer. Wish the master had a king bed but overall this is a wonderful condo and offers a large kitchen and family/dining area. We will rebook for next year!

Great location, property a little tired
Great location, easy parking in garage. The place is large and has a full washer and dryer. It was very clean however, the place was just tired. Old uncomfortable couches. Door to ikea like storage unit in the master broken, TV in the smaller bedroom didn’t work. This place could be amazing if the owners invested a tiny amount of money to give the furnishings a little facelift.

Ideal location but that’s it
The remotes didn’t have batteries. The TV didn’t work. The water for the tub never got hot. The internet was sloooooow. The garbage was full. Long door combo. Nowhere to hang clothes in the master. Thanks though!
