Perfect location
Great spot, a quick walk (less than 3 minutes) from the beach. Nice to have beach chairs and cooler for the beach. Would recommend. Also easy walk to mimosas- which is an awesome brunch place!

Very convenient location! Walking distance to Del Mar and very cute inside. Loved having the garage also. Just know that you will have to carry your luggage upstairs and the stairs are skinny.

AS ADVERTISED - NO SURPRISES - WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY
We were in San Clemente for a family wedding and decided to arrive a week early to celebrate our own anniversary. Great location, 5minute walk to the beach and trails. 10-15 minute walk to downtown area shops and restaurants (provided you could remember that the streets all inter changed names and directions LOL). Easy checkin , great to have laundry on site, neighborhood was quiet, garage a little small, could not park our suv inside but having the driveway was great. Inside decorated nicely and enough room for another couple if necessary or kids if a family. Enjoyed the CA experience but traffic getting around outside of town was not a good thing. Golfed locally 4 times and took in the Reagan Museum (plan on a day there), and the local wineries. Managed to hike a couple of days and get to the beach. Overall would do this again at this property. Some of the wedding guests also took advantage of VRBO properties in the area and those who stayed at the hotels were envious. This is my 5th experience with VRBO and have never been disappointed. Overall good value for money spent.

Great spot
Close walk to the beach, although the steep steps down to the ocean were fine for us, it might be hard on someone with mobility issues or with babies and strollers. But the property was clean and nicely decorated. It is a close walk to town and many good restaurants. We basically parked the car and I never drove again after we arrived. Walking around and shopping in town was so nice. Try eating at Nick's and cafe Mimosa! Both spots were amazing! Would definitely come back here.

Absolutely perfect
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and we absolutely loved the place. It is a perfect size for 2-4 people. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to San Clemente.

What you see is what you get! Immaculate, well equipped, modern beach cottage feel. Great bed! Beach and peir is just a 5 min. walk. We stayed a month so met both property mgr. and owner. Thank you Linette and Micah for your attention to detail. You helped make our stay amazing.

Wonderful in every way
We absolutely loved this property for a pre and post wedding quiet place for our son and NOW daughter-in-law to stay for their wedding weekend. It was the absolute perfect place for the two of them, and they couldn't have asked for anything better!

Great Place
Extremely clean and nice property!! It was perfectly spacious. The bed was so comfortable, but black-out curtains would have been appreciated since the sunlight starts creeping in around 5am and makes the room so bright. We did have to buy our own toilet paper since we were only provided 2 rolls for our stay from Wednesday-Sunday. Great walk to the beach and amazing restaurants less than a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place!
We had a great stay! The place is exactly like the pictures and then some. Check-in was easy with the garage and door codes sent before we arrived. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and a boogie board were all in the garage for use. Plenty of bath and beach towels and if you run low or want clean ones the laundry room is free and right below. There was detergent, but we had our own. The beach is walking distance either by stairs, which is the shortest distance, but with how steep the stairs are you’ll be limited in what you can carry. Or you can walk around on the street to avoid the stairs. You’ll still have to walk back up the hill to get back. Checking out was just as easy. You’re asked to try and put the towels in the wash, but there was already someone using both washers when we left, so we weren’t able to wash the towels. Other than that you’re asked to leave the sheets on the bed and we vacuumed the floor, threw out all the trash and made sure all the dishes we used were washed. All the other guests we met were friendly and respectful. We will try to stay here again!

Cute and quiet
The condo is cute and quiet! The only suggestion I have is to offer better dishes and not plastic. Also more silverware and and not plastic ware. The kitchen is not well stocked. The drain in the bathtub is very slow. Probably needs some drano. A rug at the front door on the inside would also be nice because it rained while we were here. A broom or handheld vacuum would also be nice. I like the floors to be clean and they felt gritty. Overall a great lil place!

Great getaway. Second stay. would stay there again.!
We really like the property and the location. Hope to stay there again next year. There was some trouble seeing/using the keypad, as the plastic was cracked and the sun huts it. But, otherwise no concerns. Thanks for making it available:)
