The house is just like it looks in the photos and very clean! 20 minute walk to the Pearl or downtown along the river. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great stay
This was our first time in San Antonio and we had a great time! Vicki‘s place was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was right next to all the cool downtown spots, easy to catch an Uber. And go to the Riverwalk, restaurants, and bars. We will definitely stay again

Cozy, well-appointed property. I appreciated all the simple instructions and the simple checkout. The kitchen and appliances were modern and new. Nice living room and dining area. Liked the TVs in each bedroom and living room. The private parking space off the street was a plus.

Fantastic Stay in SAT
Vicky's Place ranks up there in the top spots of anyplace I've stayed since vacation rentals became a thing. It's so beautifully appointed and the location downtown is 10 out of 10. The off-street parking is safe and secure. Don't hesitate to book on your next trip to South Texas.

Neighborhood gem!
Vicky’s place was perfect for our girlfriend’s trip. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to the Pearl District which I had not been to before. Perfect distance to the riverwalk meant we could walk there for dinner and then take a ride back by taxi/uber/lyft. The house was great both as a base to get to everything and a place to hang out.

Charming cheerful decor
Very clean remodeled older home is filled with bright hand painted furniture and cleverly decorated, with old wood floors and modern appliances and furnishings. Well maintained on a quiet street. Easy walk to the Riverwalk. We enjoyed our visit!

Amazing home away from home
Vicky’s Place is so cute and homey and welcoming! Very clean with an amazing kitchen! You’ll definitely end up walking but we fell very safe in the neighborhood and many destinations are within a manageable walking distance! There’s an adorable little coffee/breakfast stop right across from the dog park (can’t recall name) a fun little restaurant bar one block over (Guillermo’s), the trendy Make Ready Market about 3 blocks and an AMAZING seafood restaurant about a 1/2 mile walk (Roam and Range, inside a small hotel) and right next door to that, a trendy rooftop bar (Paramour). Great location and great service from the host!

Adorable and Great Location
This house was so cute and homey. Just couple of blocks from the Riverwalk, this house was the perfect retreat. Its ideal location makes it an ideal vacation retreat as we were able to easily return midday to rest and eat before returning to enjoy the nightlife. Highly recommend.

Amazing San Antonio weekend
We met old friends for the weekend in San Antonio. This was the perfect landing place. Clean, quirky and close to everything we wanted to do. We like to walk and it's an easy trip both to the Pearl District and the Alamo/Riverwalk area. Super responsive to my call for help with the lock upon arrival. Vicky's was a wonderful part of our stay.

Lovely First Floor Rental
The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed for our first ever visit to San Antonio. The location was great for walking to restaurants along the River Walk. We really enjoyed the outside backyard to provide some shade during late afternoon sun. Also very close to a beautiful church for Sunday services. We would not hesitate to rent again.

Homey Downtown House
We really enjoyed Vickie’s Place. It is a short walk to the Riverwalk, and if you like to walk a very comfortable walk to The Alamo, Restaurants and downtown attractions. There is a park right across the street if you enjoy outdoor time and a very delightful coffee shop just steps away. Starbucks is also just about 2 blocks as well. Save time to enjoy the house as well because it is a good mix of comfort and quirky. Everything we needed was there from soap to coffee, and there is a little garden area where I had my morning coffee. Parking was provided, but we were able to on the street in front of the house. Really a wonderful place to stay. We hope to visit again.

Nice older home, very close to River Walk
We had a great time at Vicky’s Place in San Antonio. The older home was very clean and comfortable, and convenient to the River Walk. Located on a quiet street, we felt very safe the entire time. The property had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable vacation!
