HQ for our San Antonio tour
This property was perfect our trip to explore San Antonio. About 30 minutes outside of the city but still has all the amenities that you need close by including fast food and groceries. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for relaxin in the evenings.

Beautiful And Comfortable Home
This was a great place to stay for myself and two friends for a girl’s trip. The three beds were all comfortable and the house has plenty of space to spread out. We weren’t able to use the hot tub because it was 104 degrees (not sure if that’s because the air temp was 101 most days or if the tub is actually heating to that temp) which is WAY too hot! The closest town has some shopping and some good restaurants but didn’t find much else to do there.

This was perfect getaway for my family. We were able to enjoy the town during the day and plenty to do at night at the house from playing games to relaxing in the hot tub. We got to catch up with each other. Our host provided a very welcoming home.

Excellent stay!
Our family loved staying at The Oak Haus. It was nice to be able to be close to San Antonio, but relax in the comforts of Boerne. Our kids enjoyed all of the games in the game room and having their own room to play and sleep in. Thanks for such a great stay!

Friend Reunion!
We loved this space to reconnect with longtime friends! Our kids loved playing outside, and my son absolutely loved the game room! The living space and kitchen were the perfect places to play games and watch movies together. We loved our stay!

Loved the property!
Very nice and quiet getaway with fun for the little ones! The property was easy to access. We BBQ’d our first night and had a nice family dinner. The rooms were very nice and tidy. Over all we had no issues and would love to come back.

The property was clean and well maintained. The additional onsite amenities such as Arcade game room, outdoor fire pit, and Hot Tub/Jacuzzi were icing and cherry on top. The house was well equipped with additional touches like coffee, bottled water and large TVs in every room, including in the game room. Highly recommended!

Perfect little Getaway!
Perfect weekend getaway. So relaxing great for kids gameroom is legit! We had a relaxing last night chilling in the jacuzzi. The morning enjoying coffee on the back patio enjoying the beautiful property. I will definitely be back to this one.

Eclispe stay
We rented the property to visit with friends and family and possibly see a total eclispe of the sun. We missed totality due to cloud cover. Visiting in together was great. This property was restful, clean and we had amenities to make our visit fun. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room and rockers on the back porch to sip our coffee, visit and watch deer enjoy the backyard also.

A Country Paradise Close to San Antonio
We always look for properties just outside cities. This was perfect for us. The nearest town is minutes away and has tons of shops, upscale restaurants and goodies. 30 to 40 mins to all the tourist attractions in San Antonio. A beautiful natural place to relax after all the sight seeing.

The Best!
We had the absolute best stay out of any rental we have been to. The house was immaculate and so cute upon entering and had literally everything we could have needed for our stay. We loved the game room and our kids ages 1-12 all had a blast. We also enjoyed the basketball court and hot tub very much. We walked the property some and the location along with all of the oak trees was absolutely beautiful. Every evening and morning there were deer out near the feeder that we could see from the window as well as turkeys! We chose to extend our stay 1 more night even. If you’re considering this booking do it you won’t regret it. We will be back thanks again!

Clean, simple, refreshing get away
We loved this property! Owners were very responsive and put a lot of thought into essentials needed for a first time visit to Texas! This property was clean, offered beautiful views of both the sunrise & sunset! We had everything we needed to visit San Antonio to celebrate our Son graduating from the Air Force! Great BBQ in town, short drive to Sea World & the Riverwalk! The Alamo was awesome too! Was really nice to come back and relax in the hot tub! If we ever come back to Texas we know where we’ll be staying! My son loved the arcade and basketball court! Made for a perfect vacation -thank you!

We can tell this is a brand new place! we loved the peace and quiet, and the fact that kids could go and entertain themselves in the game room while adults relaxed. We also enjoyed the hot tub a lot!!! Recommend The Oak Haus for a relaxing gettaway.
