It’s was an ok place, close to the base, Riverwalk. Would have liked more towels. Outdoor space was not very pretty to look at. All in all for the price it was good

The stay was not great. I had to clean the place up and purchase roach spray. There was big flying roaches.The place smells awful and it needs some upgrades. The furniture was dirty and the beds were like sleeping on cots. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great location
We enjoyed staying here. We were in San Antonio for our son’s graduation from Lackland AFB. It is in a location that is accessible to a lot of places including within the boundaries of where our son could go when he left base! It worked out ready well! Thank you!

Steve was very nice and responsive when we had an issue with one of the bathroom doors. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The unit was well layed out. It needed some upgrades and the couch was filthy. The privacy fence in the backyard was broken and the gate to the neighbors yard stayed open. The backyard couldn’t be enjoyed because it was full of yard debris and old toys.

1st time in Texas...
There was too much damage at the property. I am disappointed. 1st time in Texas for my grandsons air force graduation, which was fantastic but my stay was very challenging.

Fantastic
My mother in law, brother in law and myself stayed here for my husbands A school graduation for the Navy and it was a great fit for all of us. Loved that it had multiple bathrooms for all of us and the separate bedrooms. The only downside I would have to say is the water pressure from the showers, it was super painful. However overall the stay was perfect for us and we enjoyed our time

The property is everything we needed for a trip to visit San Antonio for our Airmen's graduation from Lackland. The close proximity to the base was perfect. Perfect location to base!

4H competition for my son
We have stayed here before and it is always clean, quiet place to stay. Only downside, there is a rooster somewhere in the near-by neighborhood that liked to get up about 5am.

Needs some TLC
Best: Heather was easy to work with and was able to accommodate our early check in. The property was clean for the most part. Worst: There is water damage and a hole in the ceiling over one of the bath/showers. It was pretty nasty so my son and I both used the other bathroom to shower. And the floor in the laundry area is torn up. Other: All wooden furniture is a bit beat up. The beds were this fairly thin mattresses on frames, a bit hard for our liking. Lacking the niceties I'm used to in a VRBO. There was an iron but no ironing board. There were no hangers in the closets. No clocks in the bedrooms. It wasn't bad enough that we felt we needed to leave, but I wouldn't stay here again.

We visited TX to see our oldest graduate the Airforce. This townhouse/row home is within in the loop they are allowed. Overall the property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There are 6 bath towels provided so depending on how long your stay is and how many people, you may need to do laundry. The beds are sort of like cots BUT they were quite comfy and clean. I had made sure to contact the property manager after our first day of the few little things I found to ensure she was aware of previous damage and she responded quickly and was grateful we reached out. For the cost we spent for 5 days 4 nights, we cannot complain and would consider staying here again if we venture back to San Antonio.

This property was the perfect distance from all things downtown and Riverwalk!! Aside from a little (to be expect traffic) getting around town from the house was perfect! Quick access to Lackland and Randolph AFB! Will definitely look to stay here again in the future! The host, Heather, was great at communicating as well!

Not what we expected
We had asked the owner about an early check in and delayed us for 4 hrs. Taking us all the way to the 3pm Time. When we finally got in to take showers, there was no hot water. We let them know but they came over looked, and confirmed what I saw which was it was not even igniting. We wound up leaving because we wanted to get hot showers. The showers and bathrooms were not super clean and the hot water heater closet on the patio was filled with old carpets and junk. I think for a vrbo it could be a lot cleaner. The stairs are very dangerous with the wood trim which caused us to trip multiple times.

Closest feel of home
This was the best Vrbo we have stayed at because of price and location. My kids can’t stop talking about how much they loved the home. It is so hard finding a place with the perfect bed sizes and number of bathrooms. Definitely planning on looking for this house next year when we return to San Antonio.

Very comfortable place to stay
The host was very responsive and actually answered questions I had before I had a chance to ask them :). We were very comfortable in the property, stairs are a little noisy.. but the overall layout of the townhouse was perfect for us. The backyard area is very small, but there was plenty of grass area in the parking lot to walk the pup. We took our own folding chairs to sit on the front and back patio and night lights and baby gates for the hallways for the kiddo. Neighbors in the area were very friendly, as were the alley cats. It was about a 12min drive with some traffic to the Sea World park, I liked that there was more than one route you can take to get there. Nice HEB plus is a couple blocks from the neighborhood which was convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the townhouse and the area was, being that the units are all so close to one another. The beds were more like folding cots.. but again surprised at how comfy they were. We had no issues and would stay again!
