Labor Day Weekend Stay
This was perfect, cute place to stay while we were in town to hike Guadalupe River State Park. Room had all the essentials to make the stay easier (mini fridge/freezer, microwave, iron). Would def come back and recommend to friends!

Wonderful place!
I truly enjoyed my month long stay at Steve and Roberta’s property. They really thought about everything a guest would need and the location is gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for me while I worked on research. Lovely people and lovely location.

Beautiful Setting in a Quiet Neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fair Oaks Ranch. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were able to invite my sister and her husband over for a lunch and used the outdoor kitchen to cook fajitas. It was so nice and peaceful there. Room and bed were comfortable. Fridge was bigger than the small ones in a hotel. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful location with great amenities. Loved having the deer and geese greet us in the morning. The property is quiet and peaceful and the room had everything we needed. Owner answers emails promptly and we received instructions that were very precise and easy to follow. We hope to stay again.

Great place to stay!
We were very impressed with our accommodations. The room was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and appealing. Woke up with deer in the yard. It was peaceful and pleasant. We would recommend this for that weekend get away!!!

Wonderful stay and hosts
Everything was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood and property. The room had everything we needed. We chose to eat at nearby restaurants but the property had a nice outdoor setup. The room was equipped with coffee, water, fridge and microwave if you needed to store an item or pop in some quick snacks. We'd stay again. The hosts were wonderful.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Steve and Roberta thought of every detail. Everything was spotlessly clean. All our needs were met. We spent a lot of time outside in the grilling area and it had everything we needed. It’s amazing the wildlife in immediate area. It seemed like deer were always in the yard. There were birds of all kinds. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We loveed just sitting around watching the wildlife. Our stay very much exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay and look forward to staying there again if we are in the area.

Super Clean
Place is SUPER clean. I'd stay there again if I were in the area. The coffee, bottled water, shampoo, etc was all a very nice touch and the cleanliness was superb. It may have been me, but I feel like the room is a little smaller than I was expecting - I wouldn't have minded a little more of an upfront explanation of where the guest room would be....Also, the owner was very friendly but I could hear him working (sawing wood) in the garage....I would have preferred to not hear that. The property lies in a great neighborhood that is quite a ways from most things.

We chose this place two years ago and returned again because it is neat and easy and suits us perfectly when visiting family nearby. Owner answers emails promptly. We were sent instructions that left off a few vital numbers but had no problem having the info sent within minutes.

Deer Meadow Estates
I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was super clean, quiet and relaxing. They had a full coffee bar in the room, a fridge stocked with waters and bathroom toiletries available. One evening, there was a huge buck in the backyard just hanging out! So quiet and peaceful there but still super close to all the cool things in Boerne. Hope to stay there again sometime.

Great Spot for 2 Close to Boerne
This was the perfect place for two people to stay for the weekend near Boerne. For being a guest house, it was honestly more spacious than I thought it would be. The bathroom is nice & large & the King bed is spacious & comfy. The mini kitchen was stocked with water bottles & coffee supplies - very thoughtful! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Peace, quiet, and beauty.
I was there to visit a sick friend in Bulverde during the day, and come to the room to refresh and sleep, during my week long visit. The room was beautiful, peaceful and quiet even with another rental upstairs. A couple of times I was greeted by several small deer as I was leaving for the day. A very comfortable bed, with water and mints in the fridge, coffee , creamer and sugar. And the cutest small refrigerator/freezer combination. I especially fell in love with a unique painting in the bathroom of a frog. I named him Fernando. He made me smile every time I saw him. His expression is so wistful and caring. I highly recommend this property which is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. If I get the chance I will visit again.
