Everyone in our group was so impressed with this property. The house is gorgeous and is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed all of the living spaces and pool. Wonderful location, as well. Will absolutely be back!

Amazing Property
The property was amazing and historic. Outdoor spaces were awesome! We were able to walk to multiple craft beer pubs including Alamo Brewing which was almost right across the street. Lots of space outside to play pool, cook in the outdoor kitchen and more.

Excellent house with awesome backyard
House offered everything we wanted, space for all my crew, proximity to Alamo and Riverwalk. Plus the backyard is amazing. House was remodeled with effort made to preserve old charms and characters.

Air Force BMT graduation
We came to San Antonio for BMT graduation. It was a perfect place to hang out in the backyard. Our Airman was happy to sit and relax, play some pool, listen to music, and smell the hamburgers and steaks as they cooked on the grill. I don't normally sleep well away from home, but the mattress was better than what I currently sleep on, now I have to go mattress shopping!! Oh, and upgrade my shower! The shower system was beyond amazing.

Fantastic House in a Changing Neighborhood
The house has a fabulous kitchen and two comfortable living room spaces. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The back patio is lovely with a small pool and a fourth bathroom. The neighborhood is up and coming, but guests will definitely want a car to get around since it is not a pedestrian friendly area yet. Great location to visit the many San Antonio activities.

Nice property within walking distance to downtown
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well done. Really nice decor, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. It was rainy during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or backyard, but it's a fun setup. Communication was good with the property manager. Checkout was 10am. I suppose we would have wanted a slightly later checkout, but it was clearly communicated upfront so no problem. One note about the location: the house sits just to the east of downtown. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Riverwalk, Alamo, etc. We enjoyed the easy acces to downtown, but the neighborhood to the east of the house doesn't feel super safe. The house does have a gated driveway , which helps, but be mindful of coming and going when staying here. Other than that, we really had a fun stay. Thank you.

I wouldn’t go back
The property was very clean and fairly true to the pictures. The property was in an industrial area and our friend from the San Antonio area said it was a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, don’t walk when it gets dark out especially near the underpass. Internet was a constant issues, not everyone could get on and then it went out completely the last 24 hours. We tried contacting the managers of the property via phone and later the app, we didn’t receive any response until 24 hours after we checked out. They then made it seem like my fault that I used the numbers provided in the binder that apparently are incorrect. Property management company was unhelpful, ready to blame me and never made anything right other than a weak apology. If nothing else I would avoid them for that.

Cutest house
We loved our stay here. The house is decorated with the cutest touches and the backyard is so much fun. As a group of girls we felt very safe with the added gate out front and secure entrances to the house. The neighborhood is great with breweries walking distance and the pearl district is only a 3 min drive. Highly recommend this place to stay! Lee was very responsive and we felt taken care of.

Girls Trip
The house is adorable and the outside area is super fun. We hung out around the pool all afternoon one day during our stay. Ubers are easy and convenient and it is reallly easy to get around. Everything about check in and check out was easy and the owners checked in on us while we were there. But we didn't need anything, because everything was already perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!
