“Situated in the mountains, the house is on a 25 hectare teak farm. The hosts were gracious and kind, he helped with our car and took us to the magical waterfall swim hole near by. The house itself is beautiful and can be totally great, our only wish was that felt a little more lived in. No books, no extra towels, no salt, no tea kettle - we hit by five but it could use a few more basics for the price — ultimately our stay was comfortable and nice. “This property was everything we expected. The in-house chef with breakfast every morning was amazing. It was such a treat! She stays in her own place and you don't even notice she's there but she appears with a wonderful breakfast at your preferred time. We even paid extra for her to make dinner the night we arrived which was absolutely delicious. The ocean view here has spoiled me. You can also see it from 3 of the bedrooms. “We stayed at La Lolita for a month. Location is great- walking distance to beach, restaurants, and markets. Kitchen was well equipped. David the property manager was attentive and friendly, check in was simple and explained clearly. There is construction going on next to the property which can be noisy at times, albeit this will be temporary as projects finish. Overall great stay and hope to be back.”
