Overall we had a great time staying at this house. The kitchen is fully stocked with tools, but zéro spices. There are beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas available for use. There is a charcoal grill even though the listing doesn't mention it, we ended up bringing our propane camping grill. The house is located on a private street with beach access. It's about a 5 minute walk, 10 if you have young kids.
When we arrived we noticed how loud the a/c unit was and towards the end of our week at the Salt Shaker we noticed that the a/c stopped blowing cold air. Because of the layout of the house and the skylights, it got hot quick. We called the local property manager and he took note, but did not offer to fix it while we were there. We called again and asked for temporary window units and he agreed to bring them over to give us some relief for the last night. They helped bring the house down to about 80º.
