“I do NOT recommend staying at this property. It's false advertising. The house says it's 4 bedrooms but there's actually only 3 bedrooms and the other 1 is in the hallway. She doesn't share all the photos of the place. She says the house is under construction but it's actually old and falling part, decomposing. The electricity around the house is scary and mostly not working, the deck is unsafe and about to break down, so many things were broken - the fridge door completely fell into my arms...

“Moon Dance Perch surpassed my expectations! The building is a unique design and everything inside is high quality, making for a thoroughly memorable and enjoyable experience. The architecture is optimized to soak in the serene natural environment, and every corner of the building is well thought out. Overall, the Perch is perfect for a romantic getaway or just a relaxing break, and we both felt totally refreshed after our weekend there. We will very likely be back at some point in the future :)”

“Hosts were welcoming and clear with their communication regarding check in and other amenities. Dwellings were well made and suited our needs. The locals of the island were so sweet and helpful as well. The island has many beautiful places to explore including walks and hikes. So glad we went on the “off season” as we were able to do our exploring with little or no crowds. Worth all the extra ferry rides as be able to travel off the beaten trail.”

Two of our family members have allergies, and we had to air out the cabin and do some cleaning when we got there. It was very dusty in the bedrooms. Shades or blinds on the bedroom windows would have been appreciated. ”

“I stayed at Melanie's place for a week with two friends. We are good friends. So this small place worked well for us. We ate our meals on the porch and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Woods. The beach is a 5-minute walk, which is phone to explore. Melanie has made the place very comfortable, and she has stalked the kitchen well. Great towels for the bathroom. And far from any traffic. That's what we were looking for. A good spot to explore the area.”

“Well situated in quiet neighborhood, close to the ocean and lakes. The property consists of a cottage and a cabin. The cabin is essentially a tiny home with a queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Super cosy. The cottage is well laid out, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Lots of outdoor living space. Annie was great in helping us with check-in and check-out. She gave us lots of tips and ideas of what to do in the area. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend.”
