Central and fun!
This was a wonderful home in a fantastic neighborhood and area of town. My partner and I came to visit my little brother. We attended pride, which was just a couple of blocks away, and visited several restaurants and coffee shops, also very close by. Heather was a great host and communicative. She let us be during our stay. We had everything we needed here. Note there is a Pac-Man machine with other arcade games and several board games in the house. This made it easy to find things to do in our down time. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Loved It!
It’s a very cute and comfortable home in a gorgeous area of Salt Lake City. I enjoyed the office area and my son played an old school Pac Man arcade game and watched a cartoon channel on the big screen T. V. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy ~ it was an all out great stay!

Utah rental
Cute place, very clean, the owner was very friendly, responded quickly and easy to talk with. Location was relative to places around the city. I would stay here again.

The property was in a good area for getting around. It was much smaller in person than the pictures look. The fan in the bedroom had a missing chain so was only able to use if the light was on. We were asking so hoped to do laundry, but the washer didn’t work. It was a decent place to stay and worked but probably wouldn’t book again.

Great place in the heart of SLC
This was our third VRBO rental in SLC and by far our favorite! We are a family of four with two kids, ages 5 and 10. The two living rooms, two full baths, and two bedrooms offered enough space for our needs. (We even put up a Christmas tree and Santa was able to find us without problem!!) :) We stayed 12 nights with zero issues. Comfy beds. Excellent location with easy access to Cottonwood Canyons, Ogden, and Park City. Plenty of grocery, dining, and retail options all within walking distance. Highly recommend and would definitely love to stay here again.

Overall great stay. The area is so convenient and walkable. It felt like everything you needed was within a 1-2 mile range. We came for the Rock n Roll Half Marathon and we were able to walk to the start line and home. Grocery stores Smiths, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are close enough to walk to and we found a community garden nearby when taking a walk around the block, if that’s your thing. Airport was 10-15 mins depending on traffic. Favorited for next time I’m in SLC and highly recommend.

Centrally located! Walk to shops and restaurants
We had a nice stay in Salt Lake City at "Not Just Coffee". Heather was great at communicating with us about some HVAC issues. We were pleased that she was proactive in making sure we were comfortable. The parking and landscaping could use a good cleanup. The beds were very comfortable and the shower downstairs was great after a long hike! We walked to Trolley Square to shop and eat! Safe area with lots of sidewalks!

Convention Week
Property was just enough space, could have used a few more towels in basement bathroom and kitchen supplies for cooking. There were only 3 forks. Washer and dryer both not in great condition. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Couldn't not figure out cooling, it would randomly turn to 62 degrees on it's own, which was freezing. Pack a sweatshirt for the basement! But otherwise, it was great. would stay there again.

Cute spot not far from city center
My daughter and I had a great stay here. The bed in the main bedroom is large and luxurious with really nice sheets. I will say that sleeping more than 4 adults here would be really snug. We loved using the city's Lime scooters to tool around - a fun way to explore and we always had luck with finding them just steps from the house. The Trolley Cottage Cafe and Tucci's are just around the corner and well worth a visit. Thanks to Heather for her attentiveness!

Great stay!
Booked short notice while a huge conference was in town & was so grateful to find this space still available! It was clean, had anything I needed (coffee, kitchen utensils, a comfy bed, & extra wash linen), and was conveniently located close to downtown. I took ride share all week and they had no issues with pick up/drop off.

No nonsense place walking distance to food, shops etc. comfortable bed and liked the high shower head. I’m 6’4”. spent the weekend skiing w my son. Only downside was complete inability of host Heather to respond to my texts. It was evident she had read them but simply ignored me. Was hoping for a late checkout Sunday but all attempts to communicate w her met a brick wall.

Convenient SLC house
This house works best for one to four persons. We enjoyed the location as it was a relatively short drive to the ski areas but also close to be able to meet up with friends who live in the SLC area. It was perfect for a short ski trip with my wife and young adult daughter.

Cozy and clean
We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and this duplex is a cute & cozy. There was enough room for five people to spread out a little. The kitchen is small, but adequate, and linens and towels were clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close walking distance to a grocery store and the trolley Square stop on the red line. This property easily sleeps 4 people. We had five but the sofa bed downstairs that folds out is a pretty uncomfortable; it is hard in the middle, and the bottom sheet does not stay on.
