I received no info until the day we were to check in, I contacted the manager and was told the place we reserved was not available because of plumbing issues that occurred the previous day. She said they were trying to find us another property. When they told us of the new property it didn’t sleep the six of us so we had to take an inflatable bed. They did provide bedding. There was insufficient clean towels and we had to wash a batch of dirty towels we found next to a pile of dirty sheets we found in the closet. We found a mound of hair in the corner of the bathroom. The cleaning crew needs to up their game. The property we ended up in is not the one we requested. The fill in property is not one I would have chosen. Yjr property is merely adequate as far as furnishing. No hair dryer, no ironing board. Drinking glasses were stored in the table and hard to find.
