This house had plenty of room for a large group of people, with easy access to a small walking trail and a playground, as well as I-215. It was very welcoming and felt home-like (except that it was super clean, unlike most lived-in homes!). The host was responsive to my communications. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals there. The large sofa is very comfortable, and well-suited to a group of people being gathered together. The rooms are well-lit, with plenty of closet space for organizing one's materials. I appreciated the little touches, such as conditioner and lotion in one bathroom, and sparkling cider complements of the host.
One minor drawback was that the door locks automatically, making it challenging to go in and out with stuff unless it is left open.
The driveway can hold at least 6 cars.
The amenities lists a hot tub, but there was none as far as I could tell - definitely not outside and all the bathtubs appeared normal.
