Steps to beach
We had perfect weather. Beach beautiful. 99 steps to beach. If we had to be stuck in rental it would have made for a very long stay. Both showers were extremely small. Beds are very hard. All furniture was uncomfortable. The chairs at kitchen table. The living rooms had few seating options and those were all uncomfortable. No place to store clothes in all but one bedroom. No dresser drawers.

Mixed Experience at Beach Rental Property
: I recently stayed at this beach rental property and had a mixed experience overall. The communication with the host was excellent throughout the booking process and stay, which I greatly appreciated. The property was well-furnished and spacious, providing a comfortable living space for our group. Additionally, the inclusion of beach toys and chairs was a nice touch and added to our enjoyment of the beach. However, there were some drawbacks to our stay. The washer and dryer were unfortunately broken during our visit, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the kitchens lacked sufficient cooking utensils, making it challenging to prepare meals on-site. Additionally, there was no door space to hang out, which limited our ability to enjoy the outdoors from the property. One major disappointment was the lack of a grill on the property, which hindered our ability to cook and enjoy outdoor meals. The neighbors were generally unkind, with the exception of one house, who offered us the use of their grill. This detracted from the overall peaceful atmosphere we had hoped for during our stay. Lastly, while the property was listed as having two parking spaces, we found that it was only enough for one car, causing quite an inconvenience for our group.

Perfect Oceanside Escape!
We had a fantastic stay at this Oceanside Haven! The location was excellent – steps from the beach with close proximity to the boardwalk. The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The added bonus was two separate spacious units well suited for extended family. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect getaway by the ocean.

Memorial Day beachside trip
Great 2-family beachside trip. Each family has a separate unit, which are very well maintained (one unit with a dishwasher, one without, units are not directly connected / connected through exterior). Short 1 minute walk to the beach (house is not on the beachfront)

Family fun
The house was very clean. The owners were wonderful with getting back to us in a timely manner when we had questions. The beach was 1 minute walk as stated in the booking. The only negative part that we experienced was the neighbor was rude, but it did not ruin our vacation. Overall I would definitely recommend renting the house.

WONDERFUL
This place was great for us to stay for our son's graduation from SNHU. The place was easy to find. It was super clean, the beds were comfy. To our surprise, there were even kcups and creamers to go with the Keurig! We did have one issue with a lock and the property manager was quick to respond and had it fixed immediately! I hope everyone who chooses to stay here enjoys it as much as we did!

Great communication
The units were nice and very clean. A great coffee/ hot coco station in each unit. A short walk to the beach on a small path between the other houses. The owner answered our questions very quickly via email on the VIRBO site. We would stay again if we plan a trip to this area in the future.

The property met our needs for our family. I would say it would’ve been a little cramped if there were 8 adults and 2 kids. The showers were small and the floor of the shower was a little slippery. The house was well supplied with towels and amenities. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a winding path between houses to get to the beach ( not visible from the house). Parking for more than one car is a challenge. We luckily found an additional parking space on the street. Overall the property was well taken care of and suited our needs.

Great beach access
We were an extended family who wanted to spend a week at the beach. Both upstairs and downstairs units were clean, the beach access and the beach itself were amazing and it was a short walk into town to eating options. Both our teenage and preschool grandchildren enjoyed the arcade.

This property was beautiful. The host was great. It was quiet and all the neighbors were very nice. It was very comfortable and home like. Beach and boardwalk was very close. We had everything we needed without having to buy it all. Only negative was the shower was not equipped for any of us. A shower head with detachable sprayer wouldve been great. The overall experience was amazing.

Fun at the beach!
Great duplex perfect for two families vacationing together! Was very clean and just up the path from the beach. Beach chairs and equipment provided. Parking is tricky, especially for two cars but we worked it out. We would certainly stay again!

Nice family vacation place
The house is just steps away from the beach. We saw sunrise from the beach amd sunset from the living room. Kitchen on sexond floor is big which was suitable for our big family. Kitchen could use more cooking amd serving utensils, a blender (we are a smoothies family therefore lack of blender was felt strongly), rubberbands or clips to tie chips bag etc, aluminum foil. The outdoor shower had scalding hot water in it therefore it was useless for us. Don’t know what was the issue there. Kids had great time soft toys, games, books. Plenty if beach towels, beach chairs. Would love to come back!

Recent Stay
We stayed at this property while in town to attend graduations. While we didn't spend a lot of time there because we were at family events in other locations, it was well situated for our needs and the owner checked in regularly to share instructions and see if we needed anything. It was great to be so near to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at your Salisbury apartment.
What a perfect spot to relax with friends! We would definitely like to return next summer. I do think if we were to stay more than 2 nights it would be helpful to have dressers in the bedrooms. There isn't a place to put your clothes. I also think some side or end tables for the living room would be helpful when sitting down to enjoy a cup of coffee. But over all we had a great time and the space was very neat and clean. Kitchen well stocked as well. We will be back!

close to beach. sleepy seaside town. great property.
while not directly on the beach, it is less than 1 minute walk. the shower is small, but the kitchen, living area & bedrooms are great. it is a very sleepy little seaside town. found a good breakfast spot a few minutes away, but not many restaurant options. However, ~20minutes away is newburyport which has lots of very nice dining options, shops, etc.

Great beach location - very clean
Very short walk to the beach - location is great. Parking is very tight, but manageable, definitely best for all passenger side guests to exit car before parking. Home was very clean and great amenities, walk-in shower is very small but water pressure was great, nice towels too! We had a slight issue with the door code not working when we arrived but Phala was very easy to reach and was able to assist. Communication was excellent, Phala was always available when we messaged and was a great host. The biggest concern we had was the downstairs renter was a smoker, and the entire apartment we stayed in smelled like smoke every time she lit a cigarette, which was frequent, including late at night and early mornings. We left the windows closed, but it did not help. My husband has asthma and we have two kids under age 2, and based on Phala’s strict guidelines about smoking, we thought we were safe when we made the reservation. She did attempt to contact the owner/renter, however it did not stop the smoking. We dreaded going back to the apartment each night due to the smoke smell. All of our clothes and personal items smelled like smoke when we got home. For this reason, we would not stay here again unfortunately. Otherwise, Phala was a great host and if you are looking for a beach rental, this is a great spot!
