“The place was just as it is featured. Everything is absolutely beautiful in the house. So much was provided including a travel toothbrush, toothpicks, etc. Decor was to give comfort of home and that is how we felt. Everything has its place and was in its place. Loved the way the kitchen was organized. Dishes sorted, not stacked. Ease of drawers. Close to I95. ”

“This was one of the worst homes i ever booked! Both bathrooms were dirty with a few bugs on the floor. One of the toilets didn’t work. I contacted the property manager as soon as we checked in to let them know about the problems and didn’t get a response until 11pm at night. After that response I heard nomore from anyone about my issues. So we were left having to use the masters bedroom bathroom the entire stay. If we wasn’t there my daughters 8th birthday I would have definitely went back...

“Had trouble getting into house, door knob was locked and igloohome would not open. I suggest that you put ice cube trays in the freezer we had to buy a bag of ice, trays would have been helpful. Also no dish towels or wash cloth to do dishes. I know there was a dishwasher but we didn't use that many dishes or glasses. The last thing, the upstairs did get very cold. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and it was plenty cold but upstairs not so much. Thank you.”
