in the heart of wine country
This 3 bedroom house fit our needs for a quiet stay in wine country. An added bonus was the complimentary wine tastings offered by small family wineries. We drove the beautiful Dundee Hills to two of them and were greeted warmly. Even the sun cooperated.

Thanksgiving weekend stay
The house was great. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us so we had to put up a lot of the breakable decorations. There were a LOT of little decorations on tables and shelves. Otherwise. It was really nice.

Perfect Base Station in the Middle of Wine Country
This was the first VRBO home that we have rented through ITrip. I need not have been concerned. They were very responsive and proactive - ensuring that we had no problems accessing the property, and enjoyed a good first night's rest. Five of us stayed at the house to participate in a MS bike ride that started in McMinnville. The location was perfect for our needs, and we even received complimentary wine tastings at Solena Estate Winery by staying in an ITrip property. We only had breakfasts and leftovers at the house, so we didn't need to cook in the kitchen, but everything was sufficient for our needs.

Our family of six stayed for three nights in Dundee and were very comfortable. It's a great location for visiting local wineries and convenient for shopping and dining options. We had two young children with us, and they loved playing at the nearby park. We would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect
This felt like a lovely home that belongs to friends-really clean, quiet, and mostly comfortable. We appreciated the use of the garage space for our car and bicycles, the cozy neighborhood, the walking path next to the vineyards, the nearby park, the air conditioning on a hot weekend, and the lovely artwork on in the home, New mattresses would bring my entire rating up to five stars.

A place to stay
The house was clean and safe. It was frustrating to have a 5:00PM check in and a 10AM check out unless you pay and extra $60. Driving in from California and then having to wait until 5 was a huge bummer. The house overall was a fine place to stay but I can’t give it 5 stars. They did have coffee available so that was a blessing.

Family's weekend
Home was convenient to our activities: super paintball, wings & waves. Nice neighborhood. Streep drive was a challenge for me. Some attention needs to be given to repair: dishwasher is not secured, ice maker not functioning - only one ice tray. We came with food to bar-b-q, but cooker was crammed in storage. Rooms were clean, lovely. We would stay here again & hope to do wine tours then.

House was nice. One thing they need to fix-if you want shoes off when entering, put a bench to sit on. Another thing needed is dresser or chest in additional bedrooms, no place to put suitcase except on floor.

Great location
Enjoyed our trip and the perks that came with the property. There was a bottle of pinot noir waiting for us which was a great welcome. We were referred to some complimentary wine tastings and really enjoyed Elk Cove Vineyards. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try them all. Hiked the 1.5 mile Harvey Creek Trail which was a good family hike with a toddler. Enjoyed the tasting rooms and wineries in town and the easy walk to the park for the little one. The unit is pretty much as pictured although slightly more "worn" (clean but stains on carpet in one bedroom and leather couch starting to peel just a bit).

Not as described
The location is excellent but the house is well worn. Carpet is very worn, refrigerator ice maker did not work (supplied a separate ice maker), microwave over stove broken but supplied a separate microwave. There is a new subdivision going in behind the house and part of the fence is missing so unable to use the backyard. It is large and spacious and good location. Needs a facelift then would be a great place.

Needs some TLC
Overall this was an acceptable house in a worn neighborhood. But it needed some TLC. Carpets need to be cleaned in the bedrooms, painting needs to be done in bedrooms or walls cleaned (pretty dirty), shower curtain torn. Fortunately the house was cleaner and better inside than the outside showed. The backyard was very nice. I'm not sure we would rent this house again.

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient location. We walked a lot to local wineries, restaurants, and live music. There is a great playground that the baby loved. 8 miles from aeronautical museum - a must see.

Dundee Stay
Loacation of property was excellent for winetasting and walking to restaurants for breakfast and dinner if you are not uninterested in cooking at home. Neighborhood is quiet and space was very comfortable for 4 adults traveling together. Response from owner was prompt for any questions we had while staying.

Family get together
This property was just okay. Property was spacious for 6; felt cooking utensils were inadequate for cooking a meal for 6. I have stayed in numerous VRBO properties, so was prepared with bringing our own cooking utensils just in case. There was mold on the main bath shower curtain as well as the drain in the master shower. We had to plunge the tub for it to drain.

Never Had an Experience Like This!
After a looong drive, our family got something to eat and went to bed. The next morning we woke up and sat at the table to eat breakfast. My husband sits down and the chair breaks. He gets up to realize the chair had be broken before and was glued back together. In fact, all the chairs were in the same condition. Then we go to sit down in the living room to find nail clippings on the carpet. Just want you to find during “pandemic cleaning procedure” times. Ewwww! My husband and brother just want a cup of coffee. We got to the coffee machine, and what do we find??? Yep - molded coffee grounds! Everyone showers so we can find the nearest coffee shop. Come to realize there is literally ONE towel person. My daughter, sister-in-law and myself have looong hair, we use two towels each. This means the guys are out of luck. Amazing! 😡 No worries though, we’ll just wash the towels right? So I throw a load in and the washing machine breaks. Stayed filled with water and towels our entire stay. When I called to complain, I was given access to the extra linens, and was told a cleaning crew would be out immediately. However, was there an apology???? NOPE! In all good conscience, I could never recommend this property. Too bad too the little town and neighborhood is great for families.

This is a great property in a super cute community with a lot of options for eating and wineries. House has a good layout with a lot of space. Great for a family. We would return if we head that way again.
