He estado con mis amigas en este apartamento fantastico, la pena que no pudimos utilizar la terraza, ya que el tiempo no acompaño mucho, pero las vistas son una maravilla. El apartamento tiene de todo, etaba muy limpio y es muy luminoso. Las camas son cómodas y el silencio es de agradecer, no se escuchaba nada. Repetiremos!!! Nieves

Muy agradable, cómodo, muy bien situado. Te proporciona una buena estancia en Salamanca. La terraza da mucho gusto. Las vistas del cielo y el paisaje desde ella, para recordar.

Muy bien ubicado el apartamento. Claudia muy amable. A mejorar la ropa de cama. Sábanas deterioradas incluso una con agujero. El sofá un poco descuidado porque se veían manchas viejas. Mejorando esto, todo muy bien.

Beautiful views!!
Had a wonderful time. Only thing I would suggest is parking. There is a wonderful family owned parking garage around the corner for $10 a day BUT you do not have access after 10PM as the gate is closed. GARAJE MILAN FINA . ALSO you can park on the street to drop off your luggage but do NOT park overnight, you will get a $100 parking ticket. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic apartment with lovely rooftop terrace. Great location -8 floors above a sports bar that definitely worth a visit (Real v Athletico while we were there). Be aware the entrance is through the big doors not the small door were the Key safe is situated.

Well located & Comfortable
We enjoyed staying in this apartment. The bed was comfortable, nice terrace and great location on the west side of the city. Walkable to all historic sites but not touristy. Claudia was a very responsive host and check in and out was easy. The only drawback was construction happening at the apartment next door. That was beyond the Claudia’s control.

Overall enjoyed the property. Very clean and recently remodeled. However, communication could improve. Parking listed was not available and so had to park in a parking garage at a distance away at an increased cost.

Wunderbar zentrale Lage, sonnig und ruhig.
Der Strassenlärm ist im 8. Stock nicht störend. Grosszügige, helle Wohnung und sehr zentral gelegen. Für entspannte Ferien gemischt mit grossartigem Sightseeing. Ich würde diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Lovely Apartment
The apartment is a modern, clean, quiet apartment with everything you need. Yet, despite it being near a busy road, it is very quiet. The balcony is ideal for having a meal, or just a quiet drink. It is situated just on the edge of the city centre, with the main attractions not more than a ten minute walk away. It was a joy to just stroll around the streets near the Cathedral. A visit to the Cathedral is a must as it is an amazing building. We were there for just six days, but we wish we had booked for a longer stay.

Salamanca sizzles.
This is a great apartment with fantastic terrace for al-fresco dining and the odd drinky. Air-con would have been very welcome as we had a heatwave whilst there but the location was great and the locals bar at street level was very welcoming. Andrew’s coffee and tortilla for brekky were great.

Great Apartment with good view in excellent location
This apartment had all we needed for a great stay. The apartment was very comfortable. The view from the terrace was good, and the location was very quiet. Within 3 blocks are supermarkets, Salamanca's 2nd biggest indoor food market, bakeries, and restaurants. It is an easy 15 minute walk to all historical sights on pedestrian only streets. Claudia, who speaks English ( rare in this part of Spain) was an excellent Host. She even allowed us to arrive early and depart a little later than usual, making our travel plans easier. Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment in great location
Claudia and her husband gave us a warm welcome and explanation of what we needed to know about the apartment. It is very well appointed and the description on the website is a true reflection of this. Everything was clean and fresh. The terrace is amazing and affords a wonderful view over the city. We spent many hours ( we were here for10days) lazing here and enjoying the sun and the views. The location could not be better as it is a short walk to the Plaza Mayor and despite being in the city centre it was quiet and safe. An added bonus for us was the garage parking as we had a car. We loved Salamanca - one of the most beautiful cities we have visited. Having the car enabled us to visit some of the surrounding countryside and medieval towns and villages - most enjoyable and interesting. We would definitely recommend at least a week here as there is so much to see and do - the city itself needs that amount of time so that it can be done at a leisurely and relaxing pace. We were here at the end of September and the weather was lovely - chilly in the morning but rising to 30 degrees once the sun got up. This s a city and an apartment we would highly recommend and we have every intention of returning.

Clean, comfortable and great location
The reservation process was quick and seamless - our host, Claudia responded within a few hours of our initial inquiry. She met us at the curb in front of the building and walked us in and through the apartment. Claudia was very helpful orienting us to Salamanca and its sights. There is a grocery store only a block away, open seven days a week. We arrived on Saturday and had no problem finding parking close to the flat. Street parking is free on the weekends and the fee period begins on Monday at 9 and is about 1 Euro per hour. The balcony is wonderful and gives you a nice vantage point to the northern part of the old city. The days we were there were very warm and although we kept the shutters closed throughout the day (no air conditioning), the flat heated up in the evening. Fortunately the cool evening breezes cooled us down and we were able to sleep comfortably with open windows and the help of an upright fan. The kitchen is very well equiped, compete with a dishwasher and clothes washing machine. There is a cupboard full of essentials (olive oil, spices, etc.) to help get your meals prepared. The location is fantastic. One block away from the pedestrian walk into the Plaza Mayor - which is about a five minute walk. Plenty of delicious food everywhere you look and the city is a visual delight. We would definetly stay here again if we get back to the area.
