"Lack of service. They do not need customers from online portals like Expedia. It is more of a AC rooms for wedding guests than a professional hotel. Cheap cutlery in restaurant. "I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor.
