Only 5 mins to Cruz Bay, we explored all the surrounding neighborhoods on foot, gaining beautiful vantage points of the island around every corner. A few days of our week stay (July) were incredibly hot so the dipping pool and rooms with AC were key. Christy lives on the island and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. She rented her jeep to us. We have a small family and it was perfect. It was amazing to have somebody on the island only a phone call or text away. She was so accommodating and made special arrangements for us for pick up and drop off with the jeep. We felt safe at all times....

“The home was perfect for our crew of 9 ranging in age from 3 to 75. It was as advertised. The pool was used early and often. Communications with the owner before our stay and with the property managers during our stay was excellent. St. Thomas, St. John and Triton's Overlook did not disappoint. “We had an 8 day stay on St John with my family of 4. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The views from the house are absolutely amazing. It was close to Cruz bay which was nice and beaches were just a short drive away. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. The one downside - and this is no fault of the owners - but there were rolling power outages on the island during our entire stay, which was difficult to deal with.”

“This location was amazing! Great view of the sea-easily walkable to restaurants. One just watch out is that it does back up to a main road occasionally used by trucks which can make the walk a bit hairy. I wouldn’t recommend with young kids but for older teens and adults in good shape easy to navigate. Just remember to pull all the way over and keep an eye on cars moving down the hill. “An adorable Caribbean cottage! Such charm and character! Amazing views of the bay from the porch. Comfortable living room for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and making drinks. We made such wonderful memories. We were happy to have some rain to enjoy cards, crafts and relaxing in the house. Outdoor showers were nice.”
