“This was our second time staying here, and we will probably be back next year. The condo is comfortable, and the location is convenient for launching and docking a boat. The only caution I have - the dock did not have power or water available for our stay - it is rigged for both, but under repair (presumably due to the last hurricane).”

“We wanted a place close to where we are moving and discovered this gem. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. The hosts thought of everything. Michele and Jeremy are super. Our days were busy with errands for our new home but we spent our evenings relaxing with the sounds of the gulf in this beautiful place. We even saw dolphins one morning. Cannot recommend the condo or the hosts enough. Thanks Michele and Jeremy for a wonderful stay!”

“This property was so adorable and relaxing. I loved how the entire place was decorated pirate style. The balcony views were nice,and I loved being close to the boat ramp. The hot tub could've been hotter but that's not the owners fault, but something that could maybe be addressed!! ”

“We loved our stay here! Pictures and descriptions are accurate. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy. The enclosed patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee and sun downers. Convenient location - 5 minutes to piers on 98 for fishing, 10 minutes to Carrabelle and 40 +/- minutes to Apalachicola & St. George Island. We've booked many places through VRBO & Airbnb. Marlinda's place ranks as one of our favorites. We'll definitely be back.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Just wanted to mention to be careful when driving in the town of Carrabelle. We got a ticket in town 49 mph in a 35 mph zone. Officer was friendly and it was are own fault. ”

“From the moment we checked in until the time we left, the Sandpiper was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless upon arrival and the space and accommodations were utilized perfectly, and we had everything we needed to make our stay seamless. Our host, Jeannine was so gracious, and allowed us a late checkout, which made a huge difference in our travels with 2 little ones. Her communication and response time was instant and we would highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon!”
