Overall it was a great little apartment. A couple of issues, however, the shower curtain had mildew all over the bottom. The sliding glass door was absolutely horrible to open and close- the track needed cleaning and a good soaking with WD-40. The pillows were a bit flat. We didn't receive our QR code prior to arriving at the gate. But the owner/manager did respond quickly to this.

this is a great place to get away! there is not a lot close by, but it is on the beach and the beach is beautiful. the only critique is the sliding glass door is really hard to open and close.

Nice Getaway

The condo was clean, well equipped and very comfortable for my weekend retreat. Talked with Morris several times and he was very helpful in making my stay excellent. Close to the beach and convenient to restaurants and other activities. Highly recommend!

Quiet Location

We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful stay. It was like we were there by ourselves. The place could use some attention to its cleanliness, especially the kitchen drain and the primary bathroom tub/shower knob. The shower curtain needed to be cleaned or replaced as well.

The condo we stayed at was so clean and comfortable. Loved the short board walk to the ocean, loved all the flowers and nature, butterflies everwhere, bunnies, such beautiful wildlife. My 5 year old had the best birthday ever here. We'll be back.

Perfect location!

I was thrilled with this property. It was clean, modern, and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, and I was able to park right in front of the door. The rooms had MANY amenities; the owner has thought of everything you might need. I highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed.

Not as expected

This stay was not as expected. You can tell the condo is old and owners Have tried to dyi some remodeling. But the ceiling was peeling, there are screws coming up in the floor joints by the kitchen and living room area. If the neighbors above are running a load of laundry and dishwasher at 11pm you can hear it in the bedroom as you are trying to fall asleep. The bathroom shower has mold. The kitchen is super small with barely any counter top. There isn’t anywhere to store stuff. The bedroom does have 2 dressers but that is it. Also note that Fripp Island is a private island and you Will not be able to go eat there. There are no restaurants in Harbor Island. You have to leave to go eat.
