Property was lovely. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely outdoor space in the backyard. My only gripe is that my parking space that was supposed to come with my stay was occupied for the entire length of my stay. I reached out to the host about it as soon as I arrived and he never got back to me. Frustrating because I was specifically looking for accommodations with a parking space. I ended up finding something a bit further away from the property. Lucky it was the weekend otherwise I have no idea where I would have parked.

Great communication. Easy check-in process. House was clean and in a great location. We parked and did not have to use the car at all during our stay. A lot of fun shops and eateries all in waking distance.

Secret Garden!

This is a sweet, secret garden-like, space to say. Exactly as advertised. The perfect place for me to walk to my conference and come back to work in peace. Just what I needed!

Quick Trip

I was in town for an event at the SAFE Center for my daughter. This location was great. It had everything we needed and it was a nice walk to cafes, restaurants, movie theater and Target! Jim, the host, was great! Plus, all the neighbors were super friendly as well.If we ever have to go back, we would stay again.

Cute Place Great Location

Cute little apartment with everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. The property comes with a parking spot which sound basic but is so important in MidTown Sacramento. The property is very close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. There are so many places so close its hard to describe. Great place to stay, Great host.

James is a great host. Responds quickly and very easy to talk to. The house is in a nice little neighborhood and the yard and patio were very relaxing. Enjoyed the stay.
