Casa recientemente actualizada con aire acondicionado nuevo y pintura exterior nueva. Esta es tu oportunidad de quedarte en una casa fantástica que fue construida en 1931. El propietario compró su casa en la década de 1960 y todavía vive cerca. Le encanta tanto el hogar que lo guarda para que otros lo disfruten, y espera regresar algún día mientras se recupera de un derrame cerebral reciente. El ingreso que gana en VRBO le ayuda a pagar su atención.

Clean, Cozy & Charming in Land Park
Stayed at this warm and cozy home for a week following surgery at Kaiser South Sac for rest and recuperation. Our college teen took one of the three bedrooms upstairs and we took one of the two bedrooms downstairs with sliders to back patio. Could easily accommodate more than the three of us and our small dog. Quiet area with great daily walks around the neighborhood, Land Park, and golf course. Tower Cafe, Meet & Eat and Selland’s all great neighborhood spots nearby for casual dining or takeout.

Thanksgiving in Land Park
We had a lovely family Thanksgiving at this property. We used the kitchen and dining room for many good family meals over our four day stay. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms had plenty of hot water. We played board games in the dining room and put a puzzle together on the coffee table. We visited the zoo the day after Thanksgiving. The only reason I took a star away is that the five of us are between the ages of 40 and 80 with varying degrees of back problems and the living room furniture was not very comfortable for us. Other than that we had a great time and would recommend this property to others visiting Sacramento.

Beautiful Historic Home in Land Park
We had a wonderful stay at this home full of character. The owner was wonderful! Super responsive and helpful. If he'll have us back we will stay every time we come to visit family! Highly recommend. We were less than 10 minutes away from everything! Thank you!

Lovely Neighborhood
This area of elegant homes near Land Park was a perfect place to stay, with coffee and food within walking distance. The house was very clean and has a new refrigerator, washer, and dryer, and an older electric stove. The living room is massive. Beautiful wood floors are downstairs; most of the upstairs is carpeted. The downstairs King bed was very comfy; we did not use the upstairs beds, but they also looked comfortable. Downstairs bath is small, with a larger bath upstairs. Host is easy to contact.

Darling home in an excellent location
We loved our stay at Ryker and April’s house! The home had everything we needed and plenty of space. We enjoyed mornings in the backyard as well. The location can’t be beat. We took many walks with the dog around this cute leafy neighborhood and it’s a short block or two to Land Park. We also appreciated the close proximity to two excellent cafes for our morning coffee - both about a 7 minute walk away. We will definitely try to book here again when we’re in town.

Great accommodations
Communication was the best I have ever experienced. Was able to get an early check in. Neighborhood was quiet, close to everything. Only issue was all the remote controls had dead batteries, easy fix. Normally would not have watched TV but had a medical procedure. Would 100% rent this again.

Perfect Hosts
We had a wonderful stay in Sacramento. Ryker and April are the perfect hosts who responded to any inquires within minutes! The house was wonderful, and the neighborhood nice and quiet. Definitely hoping to stay there again!

Impressed that there was hot water to spare even after 5 consecutive showers in the morning. The add on room either didnt have heat or we could not find it, fortunately one of us liked to sleep in brisk temperatures

Great place to stay, great property owner!
The owner was very accommodating to us on our stay. We had to be in Davis for our pet's radiation treatment for an entire week, and we ended up needing to stay an extra day. They made it very easy for us to add the extra day and were very supportive of our situation. The property itself was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, which is something that we don't always find to be the case. There was plenty of space and the house was very charming, each room had it's own personality. The living room was cozy with a very good size television. The only drawback was that the heater didn't really warm up the living room well, but with an extra blanket we were fine. It was only 10 minutes from downtown Sacramento and 20 minutes from downtown Davis, so we had plenty of things to do when we were in between our dog's radiation treatments. Thank you Ryker and April! If we ever have to be back in Sacramento we will definitely try to book with you first!

Cute house in quiet neighborhood
There was a group of 6 ladies for a girls night out celebrating a friend getting married. The house was perfect for us with all the bedrooms & seemed close to everything (within 15-20 min drive). The house was very clean & in a very cute neighborhood that was very quiet. The owner was responsive to messages the day of check-in & checking out. The deposit was returned within a week of our stay, maybe even just a few days (I can't remember exact timeline but it was fast). We'd stay at the location again if needed.
