Lovely Cottage
A lovely cosy cottage surrounded by tranquil gardens with everything you could need. The fire was set up for us, the kitchen had what we needed. Great location for a romantic weekend away. highly recomended. Michael & Virginia

Cozy Cottage
A very enjoyable stay in a cozy cottage, ideal for couples as it is located some 15 minutes from Lithgow and an easy drive to Katoomba, the heart of the Blue Mountains. The gardens and wildlife surrounding the cottage are spectacular.

Peaceful oasis
Carol's cottage is a serene escape which perfect for us and our 3 dogs. Her property is fully fenced with lots of space to run around while admiring her gorgeous gardens. She was also a wonderful and prompt communicator. Thank you Carol!!

Lovely Cosy Cottage
We enjoyed another fabulous weekend at Rydal Cottage. The Cottage is cosy, warm and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect getaway for a cold winter weekend and we enjoyed drinks in front of the fire in the evenings and early morning walks in the village with our dog Monty. Quiet country getaway
The cottage is cosy, roomy and comfortable and nestled in a small village at the end of a country lane. We enjoyed the gardens, hedges, gravel drive, jonquils and grevillea in bloom. It was great to breathe the fresh, wintry country air and be far enough away from nearby towns to enjoyed a complete change of pace. We would happily stay again.

Wonderful stay
This is a little gem of a place! Such a beautiful cottage and a serene garden. Our dogs travelled with us and absolutely enjoyed the lovely garden. We had the best time! Carol is a fantastic host and was so accommodating to us and our dogs.

Fantastic little country getaway
Great location in the heart of the blue mountains. Peaceful and cosy cottage just what you need to get away from the city. Host very good communication, super clean place with all the comforts to stay warm including a great open fireplace! Good pub near by. Would reccomend!

Perfect hideaway
Wonderful petite cottage just right for a lovely relaxing escape. Our fur baby loved it the most I think taking full advantage of the safe expansive gardens and the toasty warm nights in front of the roaring log fire. Highly recommended

Carol’s place was great! The cottage was super cosy especially with the fireplace. Our dog loved exploring the big garden and it was great knowing the whole area was secure for him to zoom around. Will definitely be back for our next trip to the mountains!

Beautifully presented, well equipped cottage retreat, lovely gardens with emerging bulbs. Able to make a day trip to spectacular Mayfield Gardens. Really enjoyed our getaway at Rydal Cottage.

Amazing Property and Host
Such a charming property and great host. Everything you’d expect from the listing is what we got. This property made me consider country living that’s how nice it is. Definitely recommend for a couples retreat. FYI the internet is NBN satellite so don’t try to do too much with it but that’s not the property’s fault. 10/10!

Quiet, Peaceful Location
The cottage was perfect for a few days away to relax. It had everything you would need. The garden was fantastic for our 2 dogs to explore. The cottage was clean and tidy in a quiet location to really relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you need a few days to recharge this is the place to go. We will be back as we have stayed previously and thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of Rydal.

Perfect Getaway
We had a great time, the grounds are beautiful with lots of little gardens and different places to sit. Fully fenced, even for small doggo’s, our cavoodle was well contained. Perfect place to relax! The cottage was cute, cozy, nicely renovated and very clean. Carol is an attentive host, we had an issue gaining access to a wood shed, and she was very prompt in replying and sorting it out for us. We will be back!

Luxurious wonderfully relaxing and peaceful.
The cottage was adorable and the gardens just magical. So much thought and detail put into the cottage with a luxurious feel too it. We lacked for nothing except tissue paper which had run out and there was no replacement.
