“Lars was one of the top hosts we have experienced in hundreds of stays. Lars met us at the metro stop 100 meters from the apartment & walked with us to the apartment, oriented us & explained everything we needed to know! The apartment is nice, very well equipped & clean. This was one of The best stays we have ever had! I highly recommend this host & his apartment!!”

Really good communications on everything except there was no warning that there is a community fire alarm for the whole building which can be set off by anybody/everybody. So spending 10 minutes frantically trying to find and stop an alarm that cannot be stopped on a Sunday morning at 6 a.m. is not really great…And apparently, according to the other renters this happens a lot. “Loved the little apartment. The loft was adorable. The pictures are a bit misleading. The first picture shows views of the city and we did not have that view. Also, there is no elevator so be careful if you have any heavy luggage. ”

“Un excellent point de départ pour visiter la région de Bergen à Alesund. L'endroit est éloigné des zones trop touristiques mais permet de profiter des paysages,des cascades et des fjords de Norvège. La maison offre d beaux espaces pour une famille pour cuisiner.lire le soir manger a l'intérieur ou quand il fait beau sur la terrasse à proximité du fjord. Merci pour votre accueil. ”

“Great experience. Alfred is a very helpful, responsive and attentive owner. Large apartment. Very clean. Love the neighborhood. Diversity of people, great casual restaurants, especially Indian, and location very convenient. Just a 10 minute walk to train station and an easy mile walk to many sites. Highly recommend. ”
