People scream and shout in the corridors it’s unbelievable. Cleaning staff speaks loud too. But overall a really good place to stay, with reasonable prices. ”

“The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service. “Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment is well located - a great morning walk to the V&A Waterfront while having a coffee from the local Seattle coffee shop. Great location and wonderful view especially if the weather is good. We arrived quite late on the evening of check in thus reception was closed and check in was done by security which wasn't great.
