“Eight16 was the perfect spot for our group of ten adults and three kids. It’s beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The layout is great in that even with a big group, there’s places to go to get some social recharge. The beds were supremely comfortable. Chatting to the host was a delight. Seriously, the only negative I can think of was the lack of closet space. But aside from that 10/10. ”

“We were extremely impressed with the house. It is 4 bed, 3 baths with two of the rooms being master suites with their own bath and walk-in closet. The Great room area had a combined living room and dining area with plenty of room to accommodate friends who visited. We had 30 people from our Corvette Group in Bowling Green at the National Corvette Museum for their 30th Anniversary Corvette Caravan. The house was only 7 min. from the Corvette museum so it was very convenient for us to go from the...

“Place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The stairs were steep but manageable for us older folks.”

“This location was a last minute replacement for another rental that backed out. The host was responsive from the start. The home was clean and the home had everything we needed! We had three couples stay and each of us had our own bathroom. We all really enjoyed the experience. The pool was a nice respite on hot afternoons. I highly recommend this location!!”

“House was clean but had heavy cigarette smoke with the smell of deodorizer trying to cover it up. I don’t complain about much but I hate that smell. Other than that everything worked out.”

“We entertained local folks and comfortably had close to twenty folks hanging out at one time. Our dog is a Cattle Shepherd and had quite the time around the property. One suggestion for management - they need a pizza wheel. We would go back. ”

“This is an amazing property, and Erin is extremely responsible. We walked the property, enjoyed the pool and the house is like a museum. A bit of a haul to downtown, but Erin even found us a shuttle service so we could all ride together and didn’t need to worry about the drive. Used them for Broadway fun and Sunday football ”

“The property was even better than we had hoped. The spaciousness of the first floor was wonderful for 7 adults and 3 young children. The kitchen was very well equipped. Sitting on the deck overlooking the the wooded area was a perfect way to end each day. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the game room in the barn. Jonny was always quick to answer any questions and was very accommodating of all requests. We would stay here again if we are in the area. ”

“We enjoyed our stay! The public beach was across the lake from the house, and it was a little noisy (completely understandable, just unexpected). We enjoyed fishing from the dock & hiking some nearby trails!”
