Great views and convience
We had a great stay over a long weekend. This unit is well equipped for a couple and located walking distance from the hub of Russell. Great walking nearby to Flagstaff Hill or Tapeka Point. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning quality studio set above Russell township only a short walk to the harbour / cafes / ferries and places of interest. We loved the peacefulness/ the bird song / relaxing on the deck - a real highlight of our trip to Northland.

This is a wonderful apartment as a base in bay of islands. Russell is a great little town and this apartment is central but with a great view over the town and the sea. If you want to enjoy a sunrise you can lie in bed with the blinds up and it is fantastic. Highly recommend this as a place to stay

Click "book" - best decision you will make today!
What a peach of a place! The style, the view (someone in the visitor book said 1 million dollar view....don't know which $, but that seriously undervalued it), beautifully clean. If the steep drive puts you off, just do what we did - park at the bottom and drive up! Russell itself is wonderful, calm, classy nice food options, we enjoyed fish, Thai food and pizza at Hones Garden (seriously nice folks there!). Click "book" knowing that for today at least you have won the internet

This property is amazing. Within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and ferries. Incredible view. Small but has everything you could possibly need. Beautiful furnishings and finishes. Would love to stay there again.

Amazing spot in Russell
We loved our stay at this cozy unit in Russell! An amazing spot on the hill with beautiful views over the bay, where we spent many nights out on the deck watching the sunset. The place was modern, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. We especially appreciated the aircon on hot nights, great shower and electric blinds for the added element of luxury. We will be sure to book again. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing place and wonderful stay! Beautiful view from the bedroom and all the amenities that we needed. Quick responses from the hosts, let us park early and wandered around the quaint little town which was well within walking distance. Would absolutely love to stay again!

Little Hideaway
This little hideaway was perfect, and very relaxing just what we were after. Accommodation was outstanding loved the shower and the bed ! Walking distance to all the restaurants, beaches and the ferry. Communications with hosts was very good. Will definitely be back

Absolutely stunning!!!!!
We stayed in the most gorgeous unit with the most amazing views over Russell and the surrounding areas. Super private and no distractions. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave and we will surely be back!!! We were close to all the places we wanted to visit and enjoyed the beaches only minutes away. Me and my partner enjoyed the beautiful clean spaces with an awesome shower and a super comfy bed. One of the best weekends ever!!!

Beautiful town, beautiful view, great location
The house is situated up a hill, giving a stunning view of the town and bay. It is a short walk (7 minutes) to the main street with restaurants and groceries. The property is well kept and modern. It was also very quiet while we were there. There are nice walks/short hike near by, and some decent beaches to swim at (wear bug spray around ankles to avoid the sand fleas on the hikes). We absolutely enjoyed our time here, and if you are in the bay, Russell is a much nicer place to stay than Paihia.
