“We had an amazing time. With three teenage girls I was worried about them getting bored but they were able to use the TV to sing karaoke and they loved the hot tub! We also enjoyed the game room and the variety of games! There were plenty of dishes and things to cook with. The recliners in the living room were great to relax on and the only thing I would suggest is coverings for the windows that didn’t have any. “Time warp to your own grandma’s house with this little gem. Thoughtful touches throughout including multiple charging stands, bedside table/stand for each person on each bed. Kurieg was nice - lots of condiments and spices. One bath isn’t my favorite but it was large enough. Overall this is a nice little house that’s not very walkable, and the road noise is largely drowned out by the window a/C units. Some shampoo/conditioner/bodywash were provided. The kids all had so much fun sleeping in their own ‘wing’ of the house and we adults appreciated not having to hear them laugh and play all night. All the kids even had their own beds so when they eventually slept, they were comfortable. Plus, they had the game room and pool to keep them entertained so that us adults could enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Highly recommend for large families. ”

“The property was nice and allowed suitable room for my family. The kids loved the bunk beds and a separate room just for them. The game room was an added bonus. It was very quiet and felt succluded even though it was pretty close to a main highway. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, but the pans were quite dirty when we arrived.
