“Great place, really nice stay ”

“My family of 6 stayed here over New Years. We liked the location as it has convenient access both to downtown Dallas and to our relatives in the Forney area. This home is located near fast food, gas stations, and a Walmart grocery, and the neighborhood is quiet despite its proximity to the busy intersection. The house has comfortable furniture and was clean upon our arrival, with plenty of towels, soap/shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. We do wish there had been plastic dishes for the children to...

“House was nice and big, the downstairs couch was the most comfortable couch I’ve ever been on! Been asking my wife to find the couch for our home! The pool needed to be cleaned but only because a storm came in before we arrived and the pool is next to woods. The management team got the pool cleaned next day. We will be staying again. ”

“My family and I stayed at The Cottage this Christmas while visiting my daughter in Dallas. Everything was just as I hoped and expected it to be. There was plenty of room for our family group of 6 to move around, sleep, and get comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bathrooms were roomy and well equipped. The backyard was very spacious and family focused. And… the deck and string lights were great!Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas gathering homey home!!!”

“The property does look like the photos, just now it is later and the property really is showing its age and hasn't been up kept. I don't think it is dirty per sea, but there are definite issues. First, asking me not to flush normal toilet paper in the toilet is crazy. If your pipes or sewer needs fixing, then fix it before renting your property. Second, you have a fully stocked bar?, you mean all the empty bottles? there were like 50 empty bottles of booze, wine, you name it, not a drop in...

“The house was clean and met our expectations. Plenty of room. We were taken aback to see a person at like 9pm in the backyard. That was a bit unsettling especially because there were no blinds covering the windows. The owner addressed that immediately along with lighting out front near the garage because it was really dark when we pulled up . We wish there were more face clothes available- we had to buy our own. But other than that it was cool ”
