“Chatterbox is a beautiful well kept house. It's ideally and centrally located; everything is within walking distance. It's close to the beach, supermarket, wine and liquor stores, top restaurants, bakeries and local conch and fish shacks. Service was super and communication channels with the host was excellent. No question was too insignificant to answer. The house was clean and fully furnished with top of the line appliances and amenities. We will definitely be back!”

The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. “We had another wonderful visit to spanish wells. Weve always wanted to stay at one of Jodys properties and were very pleased with everything. Id say the only downside was the beds were a bit hard(stiff spring mattresses) I know its hard to source things in the islands, maybe a thicker mattress pad would help? Either way our stay was great, the property was well stocked, communication was spot on and the overall amenities were excellent. Thank you again! ”
