“Beautiful cabin nestled in the trees. Perfect place for visiting Blackwater Falls Park. The cabin was the perfect size and offered all of the amenities needed. We have our dog who always travels with us and this place was perfect for her too. The bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the morning sunrise from the deck!”

“We had a relaxing get away with our 2 fur babies. The house was very clean with comfy beds and a very well stocked kitchen. Our fur babies loved playing in the leaves. We had hoped to see a bear, but that didn't happen. We enjoyed daily visits by the deer who were eating the pears. We really liked the area of the lake the house sat on. ”

“This house was perfect for our family of 4 with a dog. It had plenty of space and was recently renovated and well-stocked. The desks in the bedrooms came in handy as I had to work part of the time. The lakefront area is so nice. The Drinking Water system was a huge plus for us. We have one at home and usually make trips to the store to buy water when we are on vacation. No need for bottled water if you are staying at this property. Owners were very easy to work with as I had questions...

“My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and were pleasantly surprised by all the host had to offer! From complimentary snacks and drinks and a well stocked kitchen, to comfortable beds and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, we truly felt at home. “Our stay was superb! Our family came and really enjoyed the house. Our only complaint with the house was that it was extraordinarily hot for the lake, so the beautiful panoramic windows invited the heat and caused the AC units to work hard. With the AC not keeping up with the daytime needs of those of us in the house, it was pretty uncomfortable. .The house stayed warm into the evening, and cooled down again through the night. “My sister, daughter and I were in wow mode from the moment we walked in the door. The pictures on line did not do justice to the "Million Dollar View" description. The place was very clean, inviting, accommodating and beautiful! Appliances were very updated and snacks and treats were also left on the counter for us. Owner thought of everything to make this as pleasant as it was for us. We will definitely return again. Thank you”
