“It was exactly what me and my wife were looking for. We stayed here for our honeymoon and after all the wedding planning and chaos, this cabin was a perfect recharge station for us. “Bayview was perfect for a girls getaway. We were on the water, and the view was spectacular. The place had everything we needed and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners live in the unit below and couldn’t have been nicer. They had a large yard, and in the evening we would go out and watch the sun set and the moon rise. During these times, we visited with Deb and Dan and played with one of their dogs. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return. ”

I had sent her a message a week before asking if there was a coffee pot or Keurig to bring pods but never got a reply. “Very pleased. Although the mattresses on the beds are very hard. Would suggest the following to make guests more comfortable: hooks for clothing and wet towels. There is no place to hang anything in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Waste basket in bathroom. Fitted sheets on bunk beds. Another chair by the couch area. Stools at breakfast bar nice. Take the plastic off light in bunk bed area. Not safe and could melt to glass if it hasn’t already. New Broom. I will upload photos. ”

“Fantastic stay with a great view over the lake. Small and dated but perfect for what we needed. We were a 11 min drive to Mackinac city and the ferries over to the island. When we were getting there Google maps sends you into the drive way of next door but the host was quick to answer our call and give us directions.
