The Space: gran sala de estar con vista a un hermoso jardín privado, 2 dormitorios separados, 1 cama king de lujo en el dormitorio principal con baño en suite y 1 cama queen en el segundo dormitorio. El apartamento ofrece una pequeña cocina para comidas ligeras, refrigerador debajo de la mesa, 2 placas eléctricas, cafetera Nespresso, jarra, tostadora, microondas, lavandería, barbacoa de gas al aire libre y TV con canales gratuitos. Cálido y acogedor, con calefacción y un gran jardín para que jueguen los niños.
Vivo arriba, tienes acceso completo al nivel inferior de mi casa.
Condiciones especiales:
Por favor, no utilizar el apartamento para los partidos. Este es un barrio tranquilo, por lo tanto hay un toque de queda a las 10:30 pm.

Cool vibes, good location and happy stay

Great property for our group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Lovely and clean, comfy beds with everything we needed for a wonderful weekend stay. We arrived a bit later than expected, so Helen put on the heat pump so it was warm and cosy for our arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Was perfect for a Redwoods holiday. CLose to the park and equip with washing machine and dryer for muddy riders. Host was very helpful about putting bikes in garage overnight.

Stay in springfield
We stayed two nights at this property in Springfield for a short family getaway, before school resumed. The accommodation was perfect for our needs - a comfortable and dry base to return home to at the end of a days activities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and a lot more spacious than we were expecting! The location was really convenient being so close to the Redwood forest bike tracks. The beds were comfy. Communication with the host was prompt and easy to understand, and the little extra's that Helen provided were greatly appreciated. I'd happily stay here again, next time we come to Rotorua.

Friendly host, spotless home, everything you could need, great BBQ outside and facilities. Helen was very friendly and made us feel Welcome. The property was very tidy and close to the event we were attending
Entering through a bedroom was a bit strange and at times inconvenient. 8 people and only 1 bathroom is also challenging. Bunk bed location could be reviewed. Host was lovely and welcoming, ample parking and garage storage for our bikes. Access to WiFi great for the kids. Heat pump kept us nice and warm in the earlier part of the day. Overall a very pleasant staycation
