“When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children”

“5th year in a row vacationing in 30A for Fall Break. This was the best location we have had. So convenient to be able to walk back and forth to beach in a matter of minutes. House was great. Liked having the garage to park SUV in and access to beach chairs and cooler. Accomodations were very nice as well. ”

“I was slightly worried because of some negative reviews. It turned out to be of no concern. Yes, that carriage house is slightly dated but everything in the description is accurate. The place was clean and having the bikes and fridge in the garage was just fine. The walking path to the beach is less than 10 minutes through stunningly beautiful landscaping and beautiful houses.
