“I can not review this property fairly. I can review the Host which were awesome. There was an issue with the original property. Jody and John were able to make alternative accommodations for us. We were very pleased. It was in the same location, which you definitely need a vehicle for. We were able to visit many areas from here with ease. Communication was excellent, would rent again. ”

“The gate house we were put in is nothing like the main house rooms which are advertised. It was freezing cold, run down, beds worn out, mold in showers, 1 shower leaked all over the floor, no included breakfast, narrow spiral staircase to upstairs bedrooms. Definitely not a 4 star property. Very disappointed. ”

“We loved the ruralness of the property but also the close proxmity to Roosky for shops and local bars. The property itself was very clean and well presented with everything provided that we could possibly need or want.We felt conpletely at home. The cottage was very homely. “We booked two rooms at this property only to be told upon arrival that they had misread the booking and only were in a position to give us one room, this was due to the fact they had just sold the other room, good way of making extra money. We did ask the hotel for a return on the other rooms cost but they declined and laughed saying well at least we have one room for you. Would never use this hotel again and would advise Hotels.com to remove it from their site.”
