El apartamento está ubicado en el entrepiso de un edificio de principios de siglo. Elegante y residencial, para vivir en Roma como romana. Bastante en la noche. Fácil con un coche privado.
La puerta principal le presenta una sala de estar luminosa y de diseño con vista a un jardín. Tonos frescos en las paredes, diseño impresionante y muebles de marca. Este apartamento es para personas a las que les gusta el mobiliario de buen gusto y el ambiente elegante.
2 habitaciones con camas gemelas y queen size. Un sofá cama doble extra muy cómodo en la sala de estar para dos personas hace que estos apartamentos sean adecuados para 5 personas.
Cocina con desayunador, totalmente equipada, microondas combi, hervidor de agua y cafetera italiana.
Baño con amplia ducha. No Fumar

Comfortable apartment in a charming neighborhood
We loved our stay at this great apartment. Everything was just as described, and Giovanna was an excellent host. We enjoyed many of the restaurants in the neighborhood, especially the Versatile cafe across street. We also appreciated the proximity to the bus stop and the fact that we were within walking distance of the Vatican. Highly recommend!

Amazing Vatican Stay!
Giovanna was great, really responsive to all our questions. Super nice quiet residential neighborhood. Cafe and grocery at the corner. All bedrooms closed off completely with well insulated doors for our late sleepers. 5 people stayed and we'd all love to stay there again.

Perfect location near local transportation
This property is located ten minute walk to vatican or short bus ride. 5 min walk to the subway that gets you to most major attractions of Rome. The host set up our pickup from the airport and met us at the check-in. Would definitely book this apartment again.

Idéal pour 4 personnes !
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giovanna. L'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est propre, accueillant et spacieux. L'appartement est situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du Vatican, 20 des jardins de la villa Borghese. Un vaste réseau de bus à 100m pour rejoindre n'importe quelle autre quartier. Parfait !

This apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and a nice area, however it’s incredibly impractical with a shower that is like an ice rink with low water power, the steps in unexpected places were as dangerous as the shower especially for children and older people. Black floors, walls and dull lighting felt a little like living in a cave. Everywhere needs an update I’m afraid. Having the photo of the garden in the advertisement is misleading as it is owned by a neighbour so you can’t use it. I could list far more annoying things about this apartment but this review would be never ending. If you are looking for luxury I’m afraid you won’t find it here, the apartment certainly didn’t match the price we paid.

Home away from home.
The apartment was exactly what we expecting from the pictures posted. Air conditioning was definitely an asset as Rome was in the middle of +30’s for our entire stay. Grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and pizzerias abound on every corner. Bus and train just around the corner. Walking distance to tourist attractions as well. Giovanna our host was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay easier. Highly recommend!!

Sehr gute Lage !!!
Giovanna ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Wir waren noch nie in Roma und Giovanna hat uns ins samtlichen Bereichen mit sehr guten Tipps geholfen. Sie ist großartigt und hat sich immer bemüht um das Wohbefinden der Gäste. Die Wohnung ist in eine sehr gute Lage und liegt sehr zentral und 20 min entfernt von Vatican? Restaurant und Geschäfte sind in der nähe und erleichte das Auffenthal in Roma. Die Wohnung entspricht perfekt den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen oder weiter emphefen.

Stylish apartment close to the Vatican. Apartment offers all amenities required for a comfortable family stay. Prati area provides various shops and restaurants and offers the opportunity to explore several of Rome’s main attractions within walking distance. We will definitely come back !

A Nice Place to Stay
The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and was very attentive to our needs. It’s a bit off the beaten path, which is both good and bad, but there is a supermarket and some good places to eat in easy walking distance. The subway was a bit of a walk and we needed to use Ubers (linked to ITTaxi) to get around because of the heat, but the apartment was a great place to come back to and call “home” while we were in Rome.

Modern apartment in great location!
This apartment was an excellent find for our trip to Rome this spring. Situated close to metro and delicious dining options, it is a nicely updated ground-floor two bedroom with all the amenities and conveniences you’d expect. The neighborhood is quiet and un-touristy, so there’s a fair bit of quiet at night. We felt safe getting to and from the apartment from transit and dinner, and with the modern windows we hardly heard a thing of the outside world. Our host was Giovanna and she was kind and helpful at check in, and walked us through some of the best restaurants and areas to explore around the apartment. Would gladly come back next time we’re in Rome!

TUTTO PERFETTO!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per dieci giorni, trascorrendo piacevolissime vacanze di Natale nella meravigliosa Città Eterna. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort, gli spazi sono ben organizzati, i letti molto comodi, l'arredo funzionale; silenzioso, all'interno di uno stabile signorile. La zona è molto centrale, due fermate di autobus da Piazza San Pietro, da villa Borghese e dalle principali aree di interesse turistico e culturale. La sig.ra Giovanna è premurosa, cortese, attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti...Tutto davvero perfetto, un'esperienza da consigliare e da ripetere.

9 Lovely Days
The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. It is on the ground floor (just a very few steps up) and in a congenial neighborhood but a long way from sites of interest. We used the taxi app Free Taxi which worked beautifully. The apartment sacrifices some convenience in exchange for design (like a handsome tiny bathroom) but all-in-all we were very comfortable and happy. I’ll save the best for last. Giovanna was an outstanding host - responsive and helpful. And the neighborhood restaurants are outstanding. No need to look beyond Bono I Vino, Osteria Scalone (just steps away and EXCELLENT) and Un Angelo di Sicilia (eat late and inside). A fine small super market is nearby as well. Go for it!!!

An Awesome Stay !!!!
I will start by saying that Giovanna is an amazing hostess ! From arranging car services to and from the airport and our cruise ship to making local recommendations for restaurants and site seeing, etc.... Giovanna also offered to drive us to the convenient store to get some groceries at a local convenient store as we arrived late on a Sunday night and everything was closed. This neighborhood is amazing ! It took a minute to get our bearings as the street is fairly unsuspecting for a vacation rental, however once the sun rises and the coffee shop (Versatile Cafe) up the block opens for business, this neighborhood is alive and wonderful ! Easy access to taxi rides, buses and a healthy walk to the subway. The apartment has a great layout and everything that you need. The only negative (the good by far outweighs the bad) was that it had a little wear and tear that is not noticed on the pictures, although Giovanna said that they will be painting soon (And I believe her !). We had one minor complaint with a few small items and Giovanna was all over it and fixed everything to our liking. Did I say she was great ?! :) Our favorite part of this neighborood was Versatile cafe, Paulo and Stefania run this establishment and we were like part of their family by the time we left. Our kids were so excited to wake up every morning and run across the street by themselves to comfortably order their favorite croissants and treats that Paulo and Stefania gladly prepared for them. The neighborhood is safe, the building is very cool and the apartment / Giovanna were great ! Ciao !

Stylische Wohnung in nettem Stadtteil Roms: Prati ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für Rombesichtigungen. Die Wohnung war zwar nicht perfekt sauber und roch etwas unangenehm, ist aber mit aller nötigen Technik ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin verlief ausgezeichnet, sie löste kleine Probleme zeitnah und gab Tipps zu Restaurants und Verkehrsverbindungen. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung hübsches Frühstückslokal mit nettem Besitzerehepaar - ideal für einen gelungenen Beginn einer Städtetour.

Rummelig og funktionel lejlighed
Lejligheden er hvad den giver sig ud for at være, dog kan den virke lidt mørk og man kunne måske godt ønske sig lidt mere lys, specielt på badeværelset og soveværelserne. Lejligheden og bygningen fremstod meget ren og pæn, sengene er rigtig gode og der manglede ikke noget i lejligheden. Den ligger i et dejligt kvarter og der er mange og gode spise muligheder i umiddelbar nærhed. Der er også supermarket, bager og andre indkøbsmuligheder meget tæt på lejligheden. Giovanna er meget venlig og hjælpsom. Giovanna hjalp med at booke transport til og fra lufthavnen og alt virkede som det skulle. Giovanna svarer hurtigt og er tilgængelig - kan kun anbefale hende og lejligheden.
