Really I cant said , they move us to a different hotel, because they had problems with A/C , the other Hotel and staff was nice but no hot water and inferior quality as the one we booked , I contact Expedia via chat , and still waiting if they will refund me some of the $1,200 I paid for two nights, if you pay that kind of money it supposed to be flawless with no inconvinients, not move you from one Hotel no another , for sure have hot water and brekfast that you pay for, I have been client for expedia for more than 10 years , first time I put a complaint , and hope to received a positive response accordantly from the not expected experience I had , after spend thousands of dollars in the past 10 years
