Seminario 87_una casa de artistas en el Panteón

El Seminario 87 es una solución perfecta para aquellos que buscan una casa moderna y perfectamente funcional en el centro de Roma: el Panteón. La casa tiene 180 m2 y está ubicada en el 1er piso de un edificio histórico con ascensor. El apartamento consta de 3 dormitorios, dos de ellos con baño privado y una gran sala de estar (40 m²) con un sofá cama. Una de las 3 habitaciones está ubicada sobre un entrepiso (20 m2), tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden unir y un baño privado con bañera. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a todos los servicios presentes en el apartamento. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario de la máquina Nespresso para hacer café en el horno microondas y el lavavajillas. En el apartamento también encontrará una plancha y una lavadora. Vivo a pocos minutos del apartamento y estoy a su disposición para cualquier eventualidad. Puede contactarme por teléfono o mensaje de texto y lo ayudaré a planificar mejor su estadía en Roma. La casa está equipada con Netflix, Wi-Fi y aire acondicionado.

Perfect location
Location location location. Central to the heart of Rome. Family members were able to come and go at different time so that everyone could have their best vacation. The place was spacious allowing people to spread out. Well appointed with all important amenities. Gem of a place. Truly special.

We so loved our stay. Apartment comes as advertised. Clean comfortable secure with all necessities. Host were very helpful. Located in heart of City steps from Pantheon. We were able to walk everywhere. Coliseum, Trevi Fountain Vatican all within walking distance. Great restaurants Close by. Highly recommend and would come back! close by.

Great Stay
We had a great time at Seminar 87 and would recommend to anybody. It is extremely well-located (right next to the Pantheon) so many things were walkable for us. It is also located very close to a primary bus stop for those trips a little further than you want to walk. The location itself is decorated well with an obvious artistic flair that we all found interesting. There is plenty of space and the AC in each bedroom was a necessity.

Amazing location- beautiful flat!
This flat is in the perfect location with in walking distance to all monuments, grocery store and taxi stand. Perfect for group of three couples. Super clean, great communication from host with recommendations of shops and restaurants around was helpful. Definitely recommend!

We were VRBO owners and have rented via VRBO since at least 2015. This is the only home that I have no / zero recommendations. 😊 Usually I DM the owner separately with fixes, nice to haves, or changes to the listing. Not this one. It was super clean. Great location by the Pantheon. Great authentic decor. The hustle and clatter of people on the street below was perfect for people watching. Great food nearby. Great cafes nearby. We’ll equipped kitchen. Appropriate price. The host and hostess are the owners which reflects their care and concern and concern. We only needed to know where to buy additional coffee pods! 😂 Perfect place. We will stay there again.

Convenient location
Location is excellent and just steps away from the Pantheon. Literally. The rooms are large and clean but the decor is stark. What it lacks in luxury is made up by its convenient location. It is very, very loud at night until around 2 am. Bring your best earplugs. The host is wonderful and responsive.

This apartment is perfect for a large family or two or three groups. The location is perfect for restaurants, cafes, shops and all the scenic experiences. Can’t rate this apartment highly enough. Amazing as usual.
The apartment is very comfortable. Aurelia and Alessandro are very nice. The location is five starts if you want to see the best if Rome. This is our second time here and I will not book anywhere else when we come to Rome. I recommend a restaurant near by called Dos Pascuale. Amazing food. Greetings Aurelia!!! We stayed with a group of 8, 4 parents and 4 young adult kids. We all loved the apartment, the location, and the hosts! We were able to walk to everything we were seeing from this location and would definitely stay here again! The apartment is comfortable, modern, beautifully decorated with unique artwork and had all the things we needed for our stay.

The check in process was easy and the owners communicated quickly when any need arose. They arranged a car to travel to tours. It was loud at night but ear plugs were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Amazing place!
The place is so spacious that you won’t believe it, right next to the pantheon. Aurelia is super nice. She arranged our transportation and helped to book the tours we needed. The access was easy and just across from it we found a coffee place and the best pizza ever at Apetitos. The room upstairs is the quiet one. My Dad has mobility issues but the elevator was helpful for that. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment. If you have someone super sensitive to noise they can use the earplugs at night. Not too bad but if they are elderly you may consider that. We loved our stay!

Amazing Property in the Heart of Rome
This property was spacious, beautiful, in spectacular condition and in a wonderful location. It was just steps away from the Pantheon. It was beautifully decorated with wonderful art and lots of books. Aurelia was quick to answer questions prior to our stay and also sent loads of suggestions and recommendations for tours, cooking classes, etc, as well as offering to arrange transport. I would hope that if I ever return to Rome, I am able to stay at this property again,
