Nice place away from the crowds
Giulia was a wonderful host. She allowed us to drop our bags off ahead of check-in. Communication was great. We liked that it was away from the crowds but everything was still in walking distance. Lovely restaurants right down the alley. The only disappointment was that the washing machine was out of order but these things happen. Future guests should be aware that the stairs up to the apartment can be challenging if you have luggage

Clean property in a great location
Enjoyed working with Guilia. Very clear checkin instructions. Unfortunately, the wash machine wasn’t working. First stay in Italy. The per person local tax caught us off guard. Suggest that VRBO make that tax obligation more clear.

Amazing Home Away From Home in Rome
Our family absolutely loved staying at this spot in Rome. It's right in the heart of everything and an easy walk to most tourist spots in the city. Very close to many nearby shops, grocery stores and amazing restaurants. The AC helped keep us cool in the hot summer month of August. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend the last part of our vacation!

Great location!
This property was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. It was walking distance to everything which was very helpful to us since we were only in Rome for 1 day. We had just finished a 7 day cruise and left the ship early so that we could fit in a full day in Rome. Our host Guilia was amazing! She was friendly and quick to respond which is what you need when you’re in a city you’ve never been before. The property was very clean and check-in was super easy. It’s also very close to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend the restaurant Frezza Cucina de Coccio. It’s literally right on the corner and the food and service are fantastic! I would definitely stay here again and I’m looking forward to a visiting Rome again very soon. Thank you Guilia!

Amazing flat in a perfect location
The flat was ideal for our family of 4. Easy walking distances to most things we wanted to see, and great restaurants in area. Flat was very quiet at night, and restaurant about 10m from front door was incredible! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Apartment 15 Minutes from the Trevi Fountain
This is a perfect quaint, quiet, and clean apartment that was 15 minutes walking distance from the Trevi Fountain. It is very close to the Spanish Steps and right next door to a lot of stores. The apartment offers a washing machine, which made our trip a little easier! The host is quick to reply to messages. Checking in and out were very easy processes. I recommend this apartment for any Rome vacation.

City Tax
Location is exeptional and clean. Air condition was a plus and worked well. Disappointed I was asked to pay a city tax the day before we left and was never told we would be paying an additional fee. 2 bedrooms, but not much privacy. City noise or neighbor noise was non existent.As stated by others m, bathroom is small.

Great location
We were on our second Rome visit during our trip as we were flying out of Rome to go home. Only had 1 night here but the location is something you reallly can’t beat, made walking everywhere extremely easy. It is a little tight with a family of 4 with one bathroom but all in all, great location and host

The best in Rome!
Quaint two bedroom loft located perfectly close to EVERYTHING! Guilia is amazing and super responsive. Rome was into the low 100° and we were boiling. The Air conditioning in the unit is amazing (NOT typical that we’ve found). Very easy check in and check out. As other reviews have said, the bathroom shower is a bit small but I’m 6’1 and had no issues. Very clean and modern. Will stay here again the next time we’re in Rome. Guilia is THE BEST!

Guila was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay! Great location! Very close to shopping and lots of great restaurants. We were a family of 5 and the bathroom was a bit small but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

Four days in Rome
This was our last destination in a month-long European adventure and Giulia's apartment was a fantastic spot to base ourselves in Rome. Enough space for our family of four (including two teenagers) and, as it was mid-summer, we really appreciated the air-conditioning! Its right in the trendy shopping area and walking distance to many of the sights, including the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. A perfect place, really.

Prime location; all the major must see spots within walking distance and the others farther away are easily accessible by metro. Air conditioned loft worked great during very hot July stay. Would rent again.

Great spot!
This property is in a great, central location. We were able to walk to all of the sights very easily. Host was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. The apartment was clean and lovely! There was enough space for all of us…3 adults, and two boys (12 and 18).

Wonderful Location!
This was a perfect apartment for our family (5) vacation. Cab driver from airport didn’t drop us off on the street (annoying as it was late at night and we had to find our way there with our luggage) but the Uber drivers never had a problem finding the location. Close or within walking distance to the major sites. The beds were firm and comfortable. The stairs leading to the upstairs loft can be dangerous when frequent trips to the bathroom at night are necessary—hold on to the railing! The rooms are not private as they are all open to the space below. Apartment was clean (except window sills) and well maintained. We didn’t use the appliances; just stored water in the refrigerator. There is a great cafe in the corner with delicious pastry and strong coffee. We felt very safe walking around at night. Note: there is a tourist tax of about 140 Euro.

Great location
This rental unit is a great location right next to 5 star hotels. It was easy to walk a few blocks to the Piazza del Popolo where you can easily catch the metro to get around Rome. The host was easy to communicate with and everything is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is very small, the smallest in all the places we stayed. The way they were able to create 2 separate bedroom areas is smart, but note that there is no sound privacy as it is basically one large open loft. The studio is located on the second floor of the building, so you will have to climb stairs. The only issue we had was that the washing machine was out of order during our stay. Overall I would recommend staying in this unit.

Good location, simple lodging
Great location for a stay in Roma. No frills, simple lodging with good proximity to sights. Giulia was a responsive hostess, when we ran into some challenges during the check in process. It was a holiday and the cleaning crew hadn’t yet made it in to clean. Guilia handled everything deftly and we were able to get back in shortly thereafter. Thanks for a great stay, Guilia!

Fantastic location!
My daughters and I had a great experience once we arrived at the apartment. It was close to everything and a great section of the city. We had some miscommunication with the host about the check in and tourist tax (we were not told there was a tax).
