Best accommodations in Exuma!
This house a a dream! We’ve stayed in Exuma several times and never had a house as accommodating as The Addison House! The house came fully stocked with beach towels, sunscreens, speaker, ice chests, custom yeti cups, multiple phone chargers, full size shampoo/conditioner, everything you could think of. The house absolutely stunning and looks like something out of a Pottery Barn magazine, the views are truly some of the best in Exuma being right on the beach! It was also so nice to have a heated pool especially with a chilly afternoon! We enjoyed grilling by the pool and walking down the beach to the beach bar and restaurant! During the day we enjoyed snorkeling the reef just off the shore! There was plenty of snorkel equipment at the house as well! The house was an easy drive into town for anything you need! The property manager was very nice and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything at all! Could not recommend enough!!

Amazing House & Host!
Traveled to Exuma for the 2nd time and chose The Addison. So happy with our decision! We had a group of 2 families: 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 14 to 10. The home is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The layout of the home is perfect for families traveling with children and comfortably sleeps 10 adults. Everyone had plenty of space to relax and more than enough privacy. The home was clean and extremely well stocked. The beach is literally steps away from the back deck and the view is pristine! The hosts were absolutely amazing in every way. Best vacation rental experience We have ever had. They gave us recommendations for a local chef who cooked 3 wonderful dinners for us during our stay. They were also able to arrange a grocery delivery for us since we arrived after 8 PM on a Saturday and the grocery stores were closed. The house is a couple of miles away from Cocoplum Beach which is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I can’t say enough good things about The Addison and the hosts. If you are looking for a family friendly vacation home for your time in Exuma do not hesitate to book The Addison. You will not be disappointed!!

A slice of paradise - perfect for families!
Our family of three, including our ten-year-old daughter, had an unforgettable stay at this incredible property in Exuma. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, amenities, and impeccable hospitality. The home itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Th e house manager stocked the kitchen before we arrived, which made preparing meals—especially with dietary restrictions like being gluten-free and vegan—a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable. We spent our days lounging on the beautiful beach, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, and exploring the island’s hidden gems. The sunrises and sunsets here are nothing short of magical. What set this property apart, though, was the care and attention from the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all the local tips to make the most of our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and family-friendly retreat in Exuma, I cannot recommend this property enough. We already can’t wait to return!

Perfect Family Get-Together Spot
Our stay at the Addison was perfect! Ed is a wonderful host, and has truly thought of everything when it comes to comforts in the home. The place was as beautiful as the view of surrounding nature, and it is conveniently located near local beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. The locals are extremely friendly and kind, and the property manager, Shane, was no exception; he was also very responsive. Ed was very invested in ensuring that we had a great time, and communicated with us throughout the trip. Definitely the best VRBO experience we've ever had.

Breathtaking vacation home and so much more!
To start, Ed is an exceptional host- having him is like having a dedicated vacation concierge! Even before our trip, he provided numerous suggestions to enhance our experience. The house is pristine! It has every amenity you could imagine, all equipped with the latest technology. The kitchen is generously stocked and the layout is stunning, featuring two master suites with views of the gorgeous blue water, just steps to the beach. If you want to experience the best of Exuma, this is the place to stay. Thank you Ed!

Paradise with all of the amenities
This is one of the few times I can say that the place and beach were even more fabulous in person than the pictures! It was larger than we expected as well and incredibly comfortable for our group of 5 adults. We stayed for a long weekend at the Addison that was unexpectedly extended by airline delays and Ed was incredibly gracious about us extending our stay and making sure we were comfortable and having fun. Some of the things I think were above and beyond for comfort included the individual A/C Units in each room, shampoo/conditioner and body wash in each bathroom, the super comfortable large couch, a fully stocked kitchen including spices (this group loves to cook), games, beach chairs and towels, floats, and even a stash of bug spray and sunscreen. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only thing I would consider doing different next time is renting a car to go to the grocery and spirits stores. I hope to come back to this house, the sweet island dogs and beautiful island soon!

Bliss in the Exuma's
We stayed at the Addison with another family, and couldn't have asked for a better home for our group. The layout was perfect for 2 families, and you couldn't ask for a better location! Every detail of the home was perfect for us, and all of the photos in the listing were accurate. Ed was a fantastic host and was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or anything we needed! He can also make a few suggestions for chef services at the house which I would highly recommend. We chose Chef Paul, and the meals he prepared for us were the best we had on the entire trip! Overall, an amazing stay, and would go back in a heatbeat!

Family trip
We had a wonderful experience at the Addison! From the beginning, Ed was fantastic with information on our booking and answering questions on our stay. The house is stunning and incredibly clean. We had had four families including five children on this trip and had plenty of room for everyone! The house is fully stocked with everything you need and Ed has incredible recommendations from chefs, restaurants, grocery stores and excursions. All of the locals on the island know and speak highly of Ed. The property manager, Shane, was responsive and helpful with any questions we had upon arrival. The luxury of having the beach steps away from the deck made this house our favorite! We can not wait to return every year!

The Best Vacation Home EVER
To say that our stay at the Addison was amazing would be a severe understatement. This home and the location are impossible to beat. Starting with Ed the owner you are completely taken care of. He answered our myriad of questions promptly, provided us with advice & reccomendations, and messaged us checking in on how we were doing during the stay. You won’t find a better owner/host than Ed. The house is amazing. It has every luxury amenity you could possibly dream of. And toys galore to boot. Our family loved using the 2 paddle boards and floats daily. The kitchen was amazing and we used it for many meals. The entire house is literally better than any 5 star resort. The location is phenomenal. You’re set right on the water of an amazing bay with the calmest bluest water you will ever see. We loved lounging in the water, snorkeling, and then heading back up to the private pool at the house to swim also. 5 stars is really not fair for this home. You WILL NOT find a better home or owner. We can’t wait for our next trip back. The only negative is that the trip had to end!

Perfect Family Vacation
First of all, I can not say enough about our experience at the Addison. Ed was great from the moment we booked until the time we checked out. The local property manager, Shane, was also wonderful. He stopped by as soon as we checked in and gave us a warm welcome, along with some recommended activities and local spots to visit. This was a family vacation for us, with ages ranging from 10 to 75. Everyone had a great time. The house has everything you need, with enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We spent much of our time on the deck or the beach, which were also perfect. We will be back!

Incredible experience!
My family and I have been visiting the Exumas for more than 20 years. We live in SW FL, so we are familiar with beautiful beaches. If you have never visited the Exumas, you need to go at least once! It is truly a little piece of heaven on earth! My children, and now their significant others, look forward to our yearly trips and remember our past trips fondly. We have stayed at numerous locations over the years, including multiple stays at Grand Isle Resort, February Point, and numerous VRBO houses. By far, this has been the most special place! The views of the ocean are spectacular. The protected location of the beach means the waves are calmer than elsewhere. The amenities of the home are first class. No detail has been omitted. Whatever item you might imagine ever needing is there! The in-counter kitchen ice maker is a huge plus, especially in the Exumas! The same goes for the built-in wine cooler. The interior decor and taste of the home is impeccable. Although this last trip was only for me and my fiancée, the other bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed. The open floor plan for the main kitchen-dining-family area was perfect. The host was always available before and during the trip. The local property manager arrived shortly after our arrival to deliver a brand-new grill and to make sure all was OK. Can't say enough about the house, the host, the beach, the amenities, the view, and the overall incredible experience!

Perfect House-look no further
The Addison was the perfect house for our group -two families with kids from 12-24. The owner, Ed, goes over and above with communication to ensure you experience Exuma at its fullest. The house is new, modern but beach charming, super clean and has every comfort of being in your own home - from extra sunscreen, to pool floats, to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need. The four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms made it comfortable for everyone to have their own space. We definitely be returning to Exuma and The Addison in the future.

Palace in Paradise
The Addison house is stunning. Definitely a little palace in paradise. The beach location is perfect and breath taking. The sunrise in the morning and the sunsets in the evenings just don’t get any better than at this property. The location is easy and close coming from the airport, and close to many restaurant options, but yet seems so isolated/quiet- we hardly ever saw others on the beach each day. House had the most perfect layout with 4 master/king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one extra bedroom with two full size beds, full open living room/kitchen layout with plenty of room for seating around the large kitchen island and the dining table or outdoor dining table. The owners have really thought of every detail to make your trip fabulous and want/need for nothing, from a relaxing pool to cool off, plenty of places to sit, lay or rock and admire the stunning view, swim and float toys for the pool or ocean, feet/shower rinse stations on both sides of the deck/patio when you return from the beach, paddle boards/lifejackets, beach chairs, sunscreen if you run out, bug spray, cooler for beach or boat rides, ice machine, charging station conveniently located in kitchen for all kinds of devices, games galore, beach bag for outings, in room safes for locking up valuables, charging/plug in docks easily accessible at every night stand in every bedroom, double washer/dryer, plenty of beach towels, A/C in every room on its own control and fans in every room!!! Super clean!!

Awesome house. Even better host and property manager. Crazy responsive to any questions. 3 of the 4 of us are cyclists and a PELETON at this house is a game changer for stays on the island. Everyone around town knows Ed (the owner) and is a friend. Can’t go wrong with the Addison!

Bahamian Blue Paradise
Very very nice & well appointed house on a beautiful beach! We stayed here with 4x adult couples to celebrate a few 40th birthdays and had the time of our lives. The home is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone. Each couple had our own king sized bed and private en suite. The beds, couches and shared space are so comfortable. The home is extremely well stocked with everything you could need - beach towels, beach chairs, Yeti coolers, water floats, kayak, SUPs, games, sunscreen, a grill, so many pots/pans, etc. But the real star of the show is the outdoor living area. The pool is so inviting and the beach is beautiful white sand with the famous Bahamian blue waters. We spent many hours walking the beach, listening to music outside and just swimming/wading all day. Some people in our group snorkeled to a nearby reef and saw many cool fish. We even saw a shark and a sting ray from the deck! The owner (Ed) was extremely communicative and so helpful along the way. Definitely reach out to him for recommendations. The local house managers Shane & Sonia were also very helpful and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. We were very well taken care of!! Pro tips: - We’d highly recommend having chef Dena come to the house one night to cook your group a traditional Bahamian meal. It was the best meal we had all week! - IslandConcierge stocked our fridge with all the food and booze so these Michiganders could get right into vaca mode! Can’t wait to book again!

BEST Christmas Vacation
The Best Christmas Vacation! For the last 4 years, my family travels the week of Christmas. We love warm weather, the beach, relaxing, good food and beautiful surroundings! I can say that the ADDISON lived up to all our expectations. The house is beautiful! Spacious! Best location! The owners/house manger were the BEST! They made sure we had everything we needed! I didn't want to write a review becuase I want to keep this gem to myself but a DIAMOND is meant to be displayed! I am already planning my next visit! Exuma is a beautiful island. Very peaceful. On days when we didn't want to get in the sun we enjoyed looking at the water from the couch! At nights you can sleep with the doors open and hear the waves, no sound machine needed! The open floor plan is perfect for 4 couples or large family! We had room to spare! If everyone wanted to be together it was perfect! If you wanted your own space it was perfect! We were there for a week and took time to explore the island (by road and by sea).....BEAUTIFUL!!!! The location is the BEST ( and i drove the entire island). I would live here! The house is close to the market, liqure store, great restaurants, marina and best of all.... ON THE BEACH....with a great pool! SET UP IS THE BEST! Again, we travel a lot.....as I write this I am in Los Angelas at our next adventure.....I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE..... side note....super easy airport! BEST HOUSE AWESOME ISLAND BEAUTIFUL WATER PERFECT HOST/OWNERS/HOUSE MANAGER!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Addison and I cannot emphasize enough how incredible my experience was. From start to finish, the hosts and the property itself exceeded all expectations, making my vacation unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and eager to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The property itself is an oasis of beauty and tranquility. Nestled in a picturesque location on Flamingo Bay with breathtaking views of turquoise waters and pristine white sandy beaches, The Addison is a true gem. The design and attention to aesthetics are outstanding, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings, creating a peaceful and serene ambiance. The interior design showcased a perfect blend of modern amenities and Bahamian flair. The amenities at The Addison were top-notch. From the moment you step foot into the home, you are greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and walk-in shower. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils, including a built in ice maker which was so convenient when packing coolers for the day and a total game changer! The hosts provided beach towels and both hard and soft coolers. The close proximity to the airport was a significant advantage. The Addison offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Amazing beach vacation!
This 5 bedroom beach house was brand new and just absolutely stunning. We have been traveling to Exuma for years and it’s the best house we have rented so far. Everything is first class. We loved the ice machine and beverage refrigerator! The Peloton was a wonderful surprise. The house is really well designed and there are so many nice touches. The open concept main area is incredibly large with the vaulted ceilings. The pool is gorgeous and the enormous deck is great for family and friends. The Addison is the closest to the water we have ever experienced. A special treat was the many bars and restaurants we could walk to on the beach. Big D’s, Coco Plum Bistro and Peninsula are a must. A special shout out to the house caretaker, Sonia. She is always smiling and she made the stay even better with her responsiveness and customer service. Flamingo Bay Beach is one of the best we have found in Exuma and you have to see the colors to believe them. We highly recommend staying at The Addison Exuma!

Bahamas Paradise
We travel a good amount and The Addison surpassed our expectations. It has everything we really needed and wanted. Oceanfront view, sand, pool, and beautiful villa made us want to extend our trip. The house itself felt really big. We liked that the two master bedrooms are the same size so that the family we were traveling with felt equal. We traveled with a total group of 10 and it didn't feel crowded. Kitchen was well designed for cooking for large groups. We ended up eating outside on the deck almost every night. Highly recommend going to Cocoplum for dinner one night. I would recommend renting a car which the owner helped us with. It was pretty easy and being able to drive helped us check out downtown Georgetown and visit some other cool restaurants. Our favorite bars were Big D's (down the beach) and Peninsula (also down the beach, but quick drive). My wife enjoyed the Peloton that they have. One of the best family vacations we have ever had and we can't wait to return to The Addison next year.
