I am writing to express my concerns regarding the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at the Skyline Chalet in Rogers County, Kentucky, from August 2nd through August 9th.While we were initially excited about our trip, several issues during the week significantly impacted our stay, and unfortunately, the lack of timely response and follow-through added to our frustration.On Wednesday, August 6th, I contacted your team for two separate concerns:The trash receptacle was full and needed to be emptied.The microwave in the home was malfunctioning and could not be used.While the trash was removed the following day, no one ever came to inspect or repair the microwave, nor did I receive any update regarding this issue for the remainder of our stay.On Friday, August 8th, we encountered a much more serious issue — the home had no running water. I called immediately and was informed it would take at least an hour for someone to respond due to the need to collect water containers from your main office. I expressed that it was already late in the evening, and we were preparing to leave early the next morning at 6:00 AM. We needed water to complete basic tasks — washing dishes and laundry, taking showers, brushing our teeth, and using the restroom.I was told that was the best that could be done under the circumstances.
